As a first time buyer, I was blown away with the good service, fast delivery and prompt feedback received. There was a small hiccup with my order but the friendly and efficient team sorted it out within 15 minutes and I received everything later that same day. The excellent service extends to the courier company they used, who was friendly and efficient and took care with the sensitive equipment being delivered.
I was one of the unfortunate clients that had their Kulula tickets cancelled. Contacted Flight Centre and was told they can't help me and I must speak to Kulula. When I asked my bank to reverse the transaction Flight Centre refused. Abysmal service.
MetroFibre installed fiber in our street, but left my paving in a mess. Bricks are missing, pattern is ******ed and completely wrong color bricks (pink) used in some places. I complained to the outsourced company super and he fixed one issue before leaving and he has not been back since.
We recently purchased a dress ("EvoLand Semi Formal Dresses For Women Party Evening Wedding Guest Dresses") from them. The order and delivery went well, but the quality of this (rather expensive) dress was incredibly poor and Wantitall's return policy is very one sided and favors them (unlike many other online shops). Stay away from them, there are many better places to shop online.
<p>Went to the Centurion branch with a quote from a competitor for a mosaic tile iTile stocka. I got a quote from iTile and on the quote they state they will beat any written quote with T&Cs. I asked them to come down in their price (they were were about R462 more exspensive per square meter) They refused to budge on the price and when I challenged the manager about their T&Cs (which he claims was why they were not even trying to give me a beter price) he just walked off. </p> <p> </p> <p>Worst service ever and it all comes down to a manager that could not care less about clients. He should not be in change of anything, let alone a store.</p> <p> </p>
