I absolutely love Essence cosmetics, and then you go and change the way we have to buy base. Bought a new range bottle, shade a completely wrong, which means I have to go again and buy a new bottle, wasted money, and I'm sure alot of us do not have money to throw away. Why change something that works. There is no assistant at the Essence products, to make these unnecessary faults happen. Attention to detail peeps. Now the search starts again to make sure that I don't look like a ghost when I apply your base.
Parcel was supposed to be delivered to address on package. Firstly you can not, for the life of me, get hold of a consultant to speak to. Once the reply after 1 hour, and you want to ask a question you have to start the whole process over and give the same info, over and over again and always with the same reply. Why are Fast way Couriers a delivery company if they can't get it right. I mean really. Service is already bad in South Africa, and now they just add to it. Not even talking about getting them om the landlines, always the same story, they are VERY Busy and refer back to what's app number. Sick and tired of this.
A package was delivered to the address on the waybill, I've never received the package. Trying to call the 0871069966 no, waited 11min and still no answer. And every 10sec the lady says, please wait your call is important to us, really. I'm not happy at all. Will I order Avon again, I don't think so. Where has all the good service gone to.
Went to KFC Jean Ave in Lyttleton Gauteng. To buy my favorite Colonel burger meal. I've waited about 15min.other customer came in behind me, and their food was done in less than 5min. I went to the window twice to ask about my order and when I eventually got it, my food was cold. Other customer stood by the window and 4 woman stood there chatting, basically ignoring the customer. I was really unhappy my food being cold, went to the window and ask my money back. The manager said he will make me a fresh and warm meal, which I refused. I think bad service is all we get, everywhere, and even at my favorite fast food chain. Never again.
