KFC Belhar Station

Bad service

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely poor service I experienced at KFC Belhar Station Shopping Centre. I purchased a meal from this branch and had to wait approximately 25 minutes for my order, without being informed of any delay. When I eventually received my order and got home, I discovered that the product was incorrect. I then contacted KFC Customer Service to report the issue. I was contacted by your agent, Makgotso Mokoena, however, I am very disappointed with how the matter was handled. There was no apology for the inconvenience caused, and I was simply advised of KFC’s “taste policy,” stating that if I was unhappy with the product, I should return it. This response is unacceptable. I was in Belhar at the time because I was coming from the airport, and I reside in TygerValley. It is unreasonable to expect me to drive all the way back to the branch to return an order that was incorrect due to an error on your side. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and overall service I received—both in-store and through customer care—is disappointing. This is not the level of service I expect, and unfortunately, it reflects very poorly on this branch and KFC as a whole.

Bad service

I took out a deal with 10 mbps LTE wireless unlimited all hours deal that was R449 and cellphone contract adding to R1500+including the deal. Telkom debited R1600,26 and this not the amount I agreed on . This is not the first time this happening. I was told that this is due to subscription that is added on this service and have not subscribe anything to that number.Please help.

Bad service

I purchased two trays of 100g yoghurts from Shoprite Charlsville, and my four-year-old son has been consuming them since Sunday, 11th of October. I recently opened one of the yoghurts last nights and noticed green Mould spots on it. The expiry date listed on the product is 04.11.2025. The fact that my child has been eating this yoghurt, which contains Mould, is concerning. No emails or customer service responses were provided.

Best service ever.

Yesterday I was at Makro Ottery ,Abeeda a credit consultant gave me the best shopping experience ever.She was friendly and I had an unforgettable experience at Makro. I had issues with my credit pin and she assisted me and resolved my issue.She guided me through the process with professionalism and patience..Thank you Abeeda

Bad service

I logged at complaint with TymeBank on Friday the 16th May 2025 ,I’m unable to get my otp and I’m able to do any thing on the app and a case was open ,I was told that the reference will be sent via sms and they did not.Today I’m getting an sms saying that case is resolved and I’m still unable to get otp or do anything on this app.DCI-421842

Horrible service

Hi team, Kindly assist with on the below.I have been banking with Absa for the past 9years.The 16th of April 2025 ,I sent money not for the first using Cash send option and the person did not receive the 10 digits number and previous you would unredeemed the cash back to my account ,but this option was no longer available.The 17 of April 2025 I went to Absa Tygervally and reported the incident.I was told the person needs to register with Absa chat wallet first and I explained that the person that I was sending the money too does not have an ID but non South African passport.I was then told the money will be sent back my accounts 48hrs and no money was sent back my account.Yesterday I went Absa Gugulethu mall with the person I sent too further assistance.We were told they unable to assist him with a non South African passport and they unable to send back the money into account.

I bought Parmalat fabulite fat free plain yoghurt, this yoghurt is having smooth, velvety texture. Best ever plain fat free yoghurt that I have tasted.

The paint keeps peeling.

My 2014 white i20 fluid,Im starting to hate my car the paint keeps peeling. Almost every day I see similar issue on other i20s on the road. This seems very common, particularly with white models. Hyundai SA seems to be doing nothing about this.

Bad service:Woolwarths Tygervally

Good day Team, The 30th of July, I was returning two items that I bought online. I went to Woolworths Tygervally ,I was assisted by one of the cashiers, but we could not complete the return since I did not have my bank card with. 31st of July I went back to the store with my bank card, and I was assisted by a different lady by the name of Patricia. I explained to her that I was already at the store yesterday. She had a horrible attitude and no greeting nothing while a previous customer before me with the different race she was nice. She told me that they must request Tax invoice via email. I had to wait for more 20minutes for the email to come through. I have explained to her that the previous lady that assist me called online and confirmed the prices and the card that was used. I waited and waited for the email to come through with the tax invoice, but nothing came through. She then called the online and confirm the items as I have told her. The money that was returned on the card has not reflected till now.
