Never order from this *********** establishment, REBELS LYTTLETON
Must be the most *********** business ever. I ordered 2 hours ago start calling an hour ago and they keep telling me it's on they way. Spoke to the manager and he said no they are lying it's only in the oven now 15 min ago.. like ***. Then the staff when you call will laugh in the background like it's a big joke. Will tell everyone I know how **** this place has become. Tried to give them another chance, but I won't make that mistake again. I WANT MY REFUND REBELS. What's sad is they were once one of the best, now the worst. Congratulations

Makro is ***********
I am beyond frustrated with Makro. I placed an order with them on Black Friday—over a MONTH ago—and I am still waiting for my full order to be delivered. Every single week, I get a different excuse and empty promises. Their customer service is absolutely useless, with no real answers or accountability. How can a company this big operate with such poor efficiency and communication? This experience has been an absolute nightmare. I will NEVER order from Makro again and will make sure everyone I know avoids them too. Get your act together, Makro—this is unacceptable.

No customer service
I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from this company. I have been trying to get in touch for over a week regarding a refund I lodged, but no one has responded to my emails or calls. The lack of customer service is unacceptable, and I feel completely ignored. I would appreciate an update or resolution as soon as possible.

Worst service ever
Must be the worst experience I have ever had with a telecommunications company. Will definitely take my business elsewhere. It's as if Vodacom just doesn't care about their clients anymore. I mean I waited over a month for delivery on a online order I did, it deal has been changed 3 times and every time they tell us it's in stock, after a day or so we get a message that says no stock available. How *********** is Vodacom online Sales that they can't even check a stock sheet. Really disappointed.
