I am extremely disappointed with the service from ApartmentBox. I vacated the apartment on 30 March 2026, and my total deposit was R13,304. I have now been informed that R4,800 will be deducted for “stained walls” — something I strongly dispute, as this falls under normal wear and tear and was never identified as damage. I do acknowledge the R2,000 being held in line with the lease agreement, as well as the R130.11 for water usage in March. However, the biggest issue is the complete lack of communication. I have sent multiple emails regarding my deposit refund and have received no response. To date, my deposit has still not been paid. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I would appreciate urgent feedback and resolution on this matter.
I’m really disappointed with my KFC Boxmaster order. This is not what I expected — it looks poorly made and feels very light, as if it’s missing most of the filling. For the price, I expected something more satisfying and properly packed. I even took pictures to show how disappointing it looks. Definitely not happy with this order.
I haven’t been able to use my data since Wednesday night. I called MTN on Thursday, and instead of helping, I was referred from one department to another with no solution. I even went to an MTN store, where I was told that my contract was apparently cancelled in February 2025. As a result, my number is now invalid and stuck between prepaid and contract. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. When I called again yesterday, one of the MTN support agents even laughed when I explained my situation. I took her number because the experience was completely unprofessional. I’m really tired of this poor service and just want my number and data access restored.
