Never again! Worst mistake !
Most ridiculous, most pathetic company , I already have to pay the loan back in just 8 days which is already day light ******* than I still have to wait 2 days after I have already accepted mandate , funds still not reflecting and its now no longer 8 days but 6. You can personally shove your money down your ass😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬😤😤😤😤I communicated with them via email , no response. Bladdy pathetic man. You don't even deserve a 1 star for the ****ty service you provide .

Fast , Efficient, Quick & Easy Loans . what I call "Great service"
I was in a bit of an emergency crisis and needed a few rands urgently to cover something super important. As a first-time client, I app**** with Wonga. Even though their website says you could get money in 15 minutes, the funds were in my account in 10 minutes! 😱 I'm SO HAPPY! 💖 I won't stop talking about Wonga! I'll be recommending them to ALL my friends 🔗. If you're ever in a pinch and need quick cash, Wonga is the way to go! 🚀 I've dealt with short term loan companies in the past as well as I myself work at a short term loan company but I've never experienced such fast and efficient service. WOWWWW

Great Customer service🔥
My baby accidently cleared out my cart when having my phone. My banking details were already added and the transaction was made. These were not the initial items I intended to order and also not the correct time ... I didnt plan for it. I tried canceling the transaction but instead of a refund, the funds went back as credit. I needed the funds back in my account. I immediately contacted their customer service help line. Excellent service. Maybe just try to be more human like, it felt like I was speaking to a robot, but Excellent service. I can't remember the gentleman's name I spoke to but great service sir , he told me that it would take 9 days to reflect.. the Incident happend the Friday, Monday morning the refund was reflecting in my account. This is what I call fast efficienct customer service. I LOVE THAT FOR YALL❤️🔥🔥🔥🔥😍😍😍

I had an exceptional experience with Capitec's consultant, Nompumelelo🥹! After a frustrating situation with an ATM not dispensing my cash on Friday, I am very impressed with the prompt resolution❤️. Nompumelelo was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the process smooth and stress-free. I was refunded quickly, and today I received my money. After months and months and months of begging for a refund and speaking to many useless ********* agents ... I spoke to Aviwe Mazonda one of the very friendly agents that reminded me why I chose Webafrica after I spoken to him just once in the provided duration he gave me I received my refund ... After How many other ******** agents canceled my subscription and it was never done correctly after many months . Thank you Aviwe . 5 stars to you sir. WEBAFRICA You don't when deserve 1 star for your incompetence, ********* and unprofessionalism!!

Unacceptable WiFi Service and Refund Nightmare with Web Africa/Vuma
I'm writing to express my outrage and disappointment with Web Africa/Vuma's appalling service and refund process. Despite paying for WiFi installation before May 31st, the service never worked. After multiple failed attempts to resolve the issue, I canceled my subscription and requested a refund months ago. However, I'm still waiting. The lack of communication, transparency, and urgency in resolving this matter is unacceptable. I've spent countless hours on the phone, sent multiple messages, and followed up with various agents, only to be met with busy lines, no responses, and broken promises. No email updates or explanations have been provided, despite assurances from multiple agents. This level of neglect and disregard for customers is shocking.
