Having to pay for data each and every month without fail n getting poor connectivity in most days its so annoying,been asking for help regarding network in my area,but it seems like we are not taken serious yet,when its debit order day,reminder is being sent on time
on the 14march 2025, i ordered food on ur machines at store in Brits Twin citi,while waiting for 30 minutes,order was not coming,i asked they said apparently the order was not paid,n i said bt the amount is out on my acc,they said after 24hrs it will come back,till today im still waiting,been sending my acc,statements,bare in mind i had to pay twice
Festive season at peak hour,y include one person at the till?,had to wait 40 minutes for one customer to be attended by one cashirt,while other tellers were available
everything about sparkling is good,except the treatment of their employees to other guests,we went there for school closing,some of my colleagues couldn't stay for night,we asked them to package their meal ,they refused n came with excuse of no disposable contains,some of guests not from our group they were packaged their food.
bad service towards customers in marikana, they are so rude,n want customer to be at their mercy
