I went to Makro Centurion today. 11 Feb 2026. I wanted to purchase a phone and spoke to a lady there that was extremely helpful. The demo phone I was looking at waa flat so she said she would charge it. I went to look at other items and came back. She was busy with another client. I went to the counter where there were 4 people chatting, on their phones and asked for assistance. I was told they cannot assist me on the lady. So I went to complain and was told to send my complaint via email as they don't deal with complaints at reception. So I ask you why does Makro employ so many non functional people? Yes Makro you lost a sale. Pretty useless staff I would say. I did phone the complaints number and same old story " we will get back to you"
Tried communicating with them via the whatsapp on Facebook. Will there response is extremely poor. Then tried calling and they were not helpful. After posting a negative comment on Facebook they block you. Really If you call to speak to the manager you get told he is not in.
The person that delivered my parcel from Temu was rude and threatened me. He arrived at the gate hooting. There isva gate bell. I went out the parcel was om the ground. I greeted him. He was battling to scan the parcel due to some issue. I told him I would be inside and he could ring the gate bell and I would collect it. He left the parcel at the gate and I went out to find him there. He told me I had an attitude and why couldn't I just wait. I took a photo of the vehicles registration and thatbis when he started to threaten me. He proceeded to take a video. Fortunately my security cam past and stopped and asked him to leave. He continued to threaten me. His car was blocking the road and the traffic coukd not pass. I have tried to call GFS express but the numbers either don't exist or the calls drop.
I would like to thank Your Solar SA for the great service provided in fixing my inverter. A special thanks to Marius and Wayne. It is positive to see that businesses still care about their clients
I have always had EXCELLENT service from Your Solar SA until recently. My second inverter ( first one was replaced) stopped working. They came out and the inverter has been removed. I was told I would have a loan inverter installed. This did not take place. Would they prefer that I find a new Company to rectify the situation? Yes the inverter has gone in for repairs. So how long will I wait and when do I get feedback Why has the second inverter also packed up?
