Misleading Information and No Response from Cartrack Agent

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from and their agent, Kamohelo Khohlo. Before agreeing to the service, I was clearly told by the agent that since my vehicle already had a tracker installed, I would qualify for a discounted rate on the camera service. I was informed that instead of paying approximately R266, I would only pay around R186. Based on this information, I agreed to proceed. However, this agreement has not been honoured. I am being charged the full amount, which is not what was communicated to me. I have since tried to resolve this matter directly by emailing the agent, but I have received no response. This lack of communication and failure to honour what was promised is unacceptable. I am requesting the following: - That the agreed discounted price be honoured, OR - A clear explanation as to why I was misled - A copy of the recording of my conversation with the agent as proof of what was promised

Sixt car rental horrible service

I don't even know where to begin, these people are horrible, our vehicle was damaged by ********s in another province and we had paid waiver but they made us pay again for another car and they said we must repair that car they are self insured they don't have insurance even after we opened police case and gave them case number

My application was rejected last year February/March and I was told I would be refunded except for R550 which is non refundable. I've been communicating with Vuyokazi Khumo and when I call the finance department to refund me the money they say I should send her an email and she will get back to me and she never does. It's about a year now chasing this issue with no luck because when I call trying to seek help from someone else they refer me back to that lady who seems to have zero interest to help me I feel like I'm ****med

We ordered food and mocktails, when we have to pay we received a bill that says we ordered ****tail and the drink that we've been drinking had an alcohol in it. I called the manager and explained that we didn't order alcohol and we didn't drink one, she only said unfortunately we have to pay 😒

I bought a router online and I've been waiting for it since💔 tried to call mtn with no luck, sent emails they don't respond. I had to try my luck on their social media platforms and I got a response on Facebook they said they will refund me. It was on the 2nd of July and I'm still waiting for refund to date
