Outstanding Service from Clarence Domingo – STADIO Registration Support I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Clarence Domingo for the exceptional support he provided during my daughter’s registration challenges. Clarence truly went above and beyond — staying on the phone with me until the matter was fully resolved. What stood out was his commitment and resourcefulness. Whenever he didn’t have an immediate answer, he reached out to his colleagues without hesitation. He even involved the Head of Education, Mr. Cliff, to ensure we received the help we needed. And then the lady who assisted from Q-Desk. Huge thank you to you as well. Clarence, thank you for your professionalism, dedication, and for flying the STADIO flag high. Stay away from Cash Converters Boksburg East Rand Value Mall!!!!!!!! On Monday, the 16th of December 2024, I called the store to inquire about the availability of a PS4 game. Naledi confirmed that the game was in stock, but mentioned I could only pick it up on Tuesday, the 17th, as the store was closing early due to the Public Holiday business hours. I agreed and arranged to collect it the following day. However, when I called to confirm if I could collect, I was informed that the game had already been sold that morning, and it had not been set aside for me as promised. This is incredibly poor customer service. I called again to check if there was another copy available, but a sales representative (male) informed me that none were left. To make matters worse, he abruptly dropped the call, leaving me extremely dissatisfied. This experience has completely soured my perception of your store. Due to the lack of customer service and this negative experience, I will not support this group again.

Riverside Castle - 10 out 10
We had a wonderful experience at Riverside Castle! The service was exceptional, and the accommodation was everything I could have hoped for. Special thanks to Micheal, who always greeted us with a bright and friendly smile- he truly made us feel welcome. The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. Pizza… the BEST I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend Riverside Castle for anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable stay. Benita Peens
