I am currently on contract with MTN (No device) and for the past 3 months their tower has been down in my area, which renders my contract with MTN useless as I can barely make or receive calls. I have brought this under their attention as my phone is an integral part of my business, without service from MTN I am left with an unusable SIM. I have placed an order 4 weeks ago to be activated on a the 30th, sitting without connectivity till today, I have absolutely no communication from RSAWEB regarding the order, they don't respond to whatsapp's or emails. On Facebook they just give you a number to call or say speak to live chat, where the department I need to speak to is offline. Phoning them is pretty much useless because you'll hold for 10+ min and get hung up on. Best rated ISP in SA? Whoever gave RSAWEB that title must've been under the influence.
We have been trying to contact Travelstart for well over a month now with absolutely no response. Phoning them is just plain useless as you sit in queue for literally HOURS and then you still don't get through. "wait time is 4mins" but you hold on the line for an hour and still don't get through. This is a disgraceful company, their service is terrible, there customer service is absolutely nonexistent, NEVER EVER use Travelstart. You WILL regret it.
I've had Vodacom Fibre installed at my house (much to my dislike, but they have the infrastructure in my complex) because of all the bad reviews I've read about them and guess what? They proved the reviewers right. As of now it has been 2 weeks since the Fibre was installed (which happened literally the day after I ordered it) and my router has still not been configured (which only they can do, sadly). I've phoned more or less 20 times now, to only get ONE consultant who actually tried to assist me (Jason) and phoned me back with an update. The rest are all generic responses much like the one I'll get on this review (Dear Customer, Thank you for making us aware of your complaint. Kindly be advised that a consultant will make contact with you in due course to assist with your query. ***Please note*** Beware of phishing scams. "leading network" my ass.
This site is a scam. They have taken money from a family member without delivering the product. Their courier company is fake, everything about them screams scam. When you try to phone their various MOBILE numbers, they either hang up on you or switch their phones off. Please do NOT believe in them or their "natural" products. Avoid them completely.

Someone drove into my car and I submitted a claim. Discovery gave me a panelbeater that is in my opinion below there so called standards, and here are the reasons: After they said it would take two days, it sid not. It took about a week and a half, and every day I phoned them they said "tomorrow". Then tomorrow I would have to phone them again to ask for an update, instead of them phoning me and giving me an update. They never called back when they said they would either. On the day I could fetch my car, the door that they fixed wasn't even lined up properly, there was a different color paint stain on my other door as well. The next day I found out that my door can't even lock. I am now driving with a door that is unlockable and my car is at risk. Discovery has not yet come back to me regarding this after numerous mails and social media attemts at some form of communication. The inside of the door that they worked on was done extremely poor as well, the material does not line up as it should, and there are dirty hand marks all over the inside of my car where the work was done. Discovery is not getting back to me and it has been a week now. For a company that is so called "the best" I am very disappointed. The premium I pay a month is nowhere close to the cheapest option out there, and "paying for quality service" carries absolutely no truth here.

I have tried to make contact with MTN via telephone, e-mail, fax and Facebook, all without my issue being cleared up.<br> <br> I got a response on Facebook saying I should PM them, so I did, and nothing happened. <br> <br> I and trying to find out why I am being billed more than I should, and whether my insurance is activated on my phone, because I am being billed for that as well, even though I am still being billed more than I should be with insurance included.
