They made a mistake by billing me R4600, back and forth with them for whole two months. Dispute was made and I was cleared of it. Now problem is the ridiculous amount is on my score, it literally took them minutes to put it out there now they when they have to remove that they giving me all sorts of ridiculous answers. I'm stuck, I cannot do what I need to do because of that amount hanging on my score. They said it would take 48hours to clear up even now. Their mistake is affecting me in all sorts of ways, it's so frustrating.
Tell me why Checkers employees would give exceptional customer service if their managers lacks that. I had an awful experience at Checkers Brits Mall. Long story short, the item I was purchasing had a different price at paying till point compared to price displayed. Fast forward the manager was called. Ridiculous attitude, bad manners, unprofessional, he behaves like he runs a ****a shop. I will not name him here but I got his name. He told me I'm complaining about the little difference amount displayed, I told him to give it to me since it was nothing to him and he just left. How is it my fault that they didn't put out the correct price tags on their goods. I left as I couldn't handle the sickening situation moving forward. The manager need severe customer service lessons, a whole manager of such a huge company "its ridiculous"
The item I was purchasing was of a certain price, when I went to the till to pay it was a different pricing. Told them I'm to pay for the price displayed, they called the Manager by the name Tumiso. He was extremely rude, bad service, bad attitude. Tell me why Checkers stuff would have proper manners if their manager doesn't know nor practice customers service. The way the whole thing was handled I ended up leaving as we have already wasted so much time with him not being productive and useful. It wasn't my fault that they didn't label their items correctly. You need to deal with him, take him to customer service class because these no way a Manager could act like that
I purchased a meal at Chicken Licken Brits Mall. Instead of a salsa I ordered I got a coslo, so inside the coslo I found spread of a dish washer cloth. Went back to the store, they called the manager who explained and apologized for that and confirmed it was indeed the dish washer cloth shread. But instead of refunding me, they said they going to give me a salsa. I've never been so shocked, so I left them with everything there. How is this even possible, with everything going about food poisoning, had I swallowed the thread, I was dismissed without any solution.
Tell me why Telkom is not canceled. My contract with them ended in August but somehow they still deducting from my account. Was in contact with them to make sure that it was indeed closed and was confirmed it was. I went to their store, emails and calls so to avoid this from happening but here we are with this ridiculous network.Tell me why I'm waking up to their debit order.
I swear Telkom just keeps getting worse and bad. I don't understand how and why but my reception has been disconnected, it's been two days now and that's my main number. You can imagen my frustrations of not being in touch. It's so awful.
Had an incident but as soon as I've made them aware of my situation, they attended to my query and was assisted pleasantly. Super amazing
I had a horrible experience today at work because of Telkom further rmore got into trouble because of it. How does it call my workplace without trying me first on my cellphone, who gave them permission to call my workplace, nevermind invading my privacy by exposing me. I don't know how I will get around this. Telkom is so horrible and some of their Consultant so unprofessional, disrespectful and bullies. My disappointment and anxiety about my Telkom experience is overwhelming as it affected my work.
