Great service all round
Superb service i ordered from Italy milano on the 25th received it on the 28th,delivery was handled but UPS worldwide and South Africa. I'm really impressed with their service so far and I live in an outlying area. I guess they've improved and I've noticed they're working during weekends now. 10 out of 10. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Superb service
Best service as always, I would like to thank Caitlin Daniels the lady who works at the online administration department,she did her job perfectly and made sure I was informed about my delivery every time there was an update. You're the best and you've just gained yourselves loyal customer's.

Excellent service
I opted for an overnight delivery and ordered on the 18/03/2025 and the parcel was collected on the 19th and on the very same day it was shipped and I received it on the 20th. The parcel was 4 hours away from JHB but it went via harrismith, I had to call in and find out if they will deliver on Thursday 20th or Tuesday 25th as Friday was a holiday. I can honestly say their customer care was top notch they were not rude and made sure I had all the facts. Excellent service all round. My advice call in and be nice.

Good job
My experience with ups has been a very good one,my parcels from Italy to South Africa arrived within 7 days and not a day later. Advice try to call them as soon as you miss a call from them and press option one I can assure you everything will go smoothly and also tracking your parcel regularly for prompt updates. I hope they keep up the good.

Great experience
I’ve ordered shoes for my wife and what I did was to call in an ask if it’s true to size and the lady from the Bedford view store gladly told me customers say a size down fits perfectly and they actually did fit her perfectly. I am about to buy jeans from their Sandton store and the I’ve been in contact with the sales person and they’ve been helpful. I think the store needs to ask customers when they fit garments so they can know the fit coz designer brands turn to be tricky when it comes to the fit. The customer should fami****ise themselves with different brands and read the garment description properly,you’ll never go wrong. Their service is great but needs a little work.
