MidCity is a *****ulent managing agent! They have not been able to account or provide annual financial statements for six years! Their employee, Joey Harmse, withdrew large funds from the body corporate account with no explanation and they have done nothing about it or provided any reasonable explanation. They have failed to hold any AGMs in the past five years and have allowed the trustees, Rudolf Krog, Beauty Bankole and Lynette Vermaak to loot the funds of the body corporate through their facilitation. MidCity were notified that they do not have a proper accounting system and they have since not made any attempt to ensure that this is rectified. A meeting was held with a senior at MidCity, Heintjie Serfontein towards the end of 2025 and to this day, there has been no change or movement in setting up an AGM or providing annual financial statements. MidCity has not paid the municipal accounts of the building which had resulted in the disconnection of the electricity of the building and they claim this is due to owners not paying levies but cannot provide proof of accounts showing this. This matter will be escalated and MidCity will be liable for its ***** and looting of property and funds. It is not an agency to be trusted or re**** on, a warning to all.
I am dissatisfied with the service received AutoMagic Gezina. I got involved in a car accident on 12 May 2025, which result in slight damage to my vehicle. I was advised by my insurer that the repairs would take about 10 days based on AutoMagic’s assessment. I took my vehicle in on 10 June 2025 and still have not received it back. It seems AutoMagic only works on my vehicle when I follow up as that is when I receive progress reports. I have since received feedback that the estimated time for completion of the repairs has been moved to a later date. This is truly inconvenient as I am without a vehicle.
Extremely disappointed with FNB’s service as well as their appointed service providers. I lodged my car insurance claim on 12 May 2025 for a small fender bender and it was approved a week later. I took my car into FNB’s service provider for repairs on 10 June 2025 and FNB let me know that the repairs would take 10 days. The service provider keeps moving the date of completion of the repairs and I have been requesting FNB to follow up and escalate the matter and they have not taken any action at all. Not even a single email or call. Utterly shocking how FNB does not care.
ProAdmin staff are rude and unprofessional, particularly Estelle and Zelmari. They lie about technicians being unavailable only to say they are available at a fee when someone else calls and only to say they can come for free when another person calls. They do not respect their clients and treat you like their faults were caused by you. They exude ****** undertones and lack trustworthiness and consistency in their treatment of clients. Would never ever recommend their services to anyone.
