I am at the Durban CBD store and they have no stock at all and nobody seems to know what is happening when there'll be stock. We are standing here, having used money to get here only to be told that the store is open but what's being sold in the store is not there. We as the customers deserve more respect than this.
I am writing this for RMA to hold it's employees accountable for upholding their values even outside of the work environment. There is an employee by the name Treasure Zuma whom in his personal life is very irresponsible, does not support his kids and most importantly he is very abusive. Now we all are privy to the damage that working with such an individual can have in the reputation of such a big organization. I have two kids with this guy,with the eldest being 10 and the youngest 7,he has only sent money less than 5 times to me and nothing more than R2000 and his excuse is that he lives off of loansharks and he pays them first and then is practically left with nothing,which brings me to my next question, doesn't RMA pay it's employees or they are just volunteers there because how is it that a full time employee of your company fails to honor just one of his responsibilities,the most important one at that which is maintenance of his kids. Instead he is very quick to swear,call names and be rude to the very person ensuring that his kids have somewhat a good childhood. I will be blasting him and tagging your company on every post until he does something about this,until you do something about employing a total abuser and dead beat In your company. How are people supposed to trust your company if you can't even hold your employees accountable.
No delivery more than 5 days later,spoke to Swati yesterday who promised they'll deliver yesterday and I waited all day no delivery. I have requested a support call more than 3 times and no one calls me. I am frustrated,I don't know what else to do as I need this for work
My complaint was closed without even contacting me once about it...I am fuming
I went to Pedros Gateway and I stood there for over 20 minutes without being attended to and because no one was saying anything despite the indication that I wanted to place an order I decided to do a self service and I placed an order worth R399,the order included a mega family meal that comes with 2 chickens and the Pedros system prompted me to select more than two sides and the price remained the same so I paid for my order and about 10 minutes after placing my order I was called by the lady at the counter telling me that the system had been faulty and that I need to eliminate some of the sides,I then told her that I will not be doing that as it's not my fault that your systems have a fault and no one told me that prior to placing an order,the staff was ok but the manager on the other hand was very rude and nonchalant,even advising me to take this further,she was arguing with me the whole time and don't get me wrong,I know my rights and I know that as per the consumer protection act what was done at Pedros was against the law,I spent 1 hour 30 minutes waiting for an order I never received because the manager insisted on refunding my order as she could not honour what the receipt and your system was saying to me and I know that by law as a customer I should receive any services advertised for the price that they are advertised for and Sigu Mthembu ensured that I as one of your loyal patrons never want to have any experience with Pedros chicken ever again,she alone made me want nothing to do with Pedros,she was rude, self centred and didn't treat me as a customer deserves and she went as far as hurling words that aren't pleasant in front of her staff,I got a forced refund and even so,as if that was not enough,I was refunded in cash when I paid by card and she was just nonchalant all the damn time,I want an apology from this person that's supposed to be a manager but had people working under her acting better than her.
