Two years ago i took my car im for a service at one of your branches they took my entire engine out i waited for 4 months for my car back and when i got it back took it for a drive and i got a bearing knock they tock into to they people and blamed it on the car but when i took it there was nothing wrong it had fuel and a knew battery the day o had to pick it up they made me buy fuel and a knew better toyota okavango i had to pay 80 000 to replace it and until this day i am paying for that loan

Good day My journey with Igrow turned sour during the course of last year when I was informed of damage to my property that had to be repaired. Charges were deducted but I never received comms wrt progress or completion. I would try to get hold of my portfolio manager with no such luck for updates. Last month (end January 2025) I’ve file notice to end contract with igrow and they have informed me that tenants are no longer occupying the flat but they have put in new tenants. I’ve asked who signed off the lease as I am the owner but unaware. Furthermore I was given the run around regarding this *****ulent activity. 2 Days before the notice ending period (which was 26 Feb), I tried to get hold of them again wrt the exit inspection; again with no such luck the receptionist said she had left a message with my portfolio manager of my property. She did the day after, still not attending to my query of *****ulence and negligence she rudely dropped the phone in my ear. Said it was pointless discussing. The evening, after 10pm, I received an email stating that I wil only be able to get my key on the 1st at 2:30pm; as the tenants had no place to go. Powerless; I arrived at my residence at the time to retrieve my key, only to find no one from igrow present and a freelance agent doing the exit inspection an hour later. I have never felt this victimized and powerless. The consultant said Natasha fro m igrow was not present because she was visiting someone in hospital. I felt the least she could do was let me know. I’ve been paying igrow for a service that I haven’t received. After mentioning the poor business etiquette I received a poor apology. I am utterly disappointed.
As a owner who was making use of your services its been a painfull and bitter journey, rent was late a few times where i had to run after people they where doing things with out my consent renewing lease with out me knowing changing tenants with out my consent rent was coming in short because they where or fixing things with out my go ahead and just taking .Yesterday i had to sleep in my car because they promised me the tenants will be out at the end of february me and my family prepared everything for our move in and at past 10 jn the evening 27/02/25 they tell me its only happening the 1st because the tenants need to clean and extra where by from the 25/02/25 i was making contact with the lady who was managing my rental and she gave me lip amd she had the audacity to drop the phone in my ear its disappointing and shocking in this day and age you guys treat your customers this way before i trun to social media i am informing you gu

Its off utter disappointment that i as a landlord have to experience this my portfolio is poorly managed, things are done behind my back .My rental income comes short when i inquire about it they tell me they deducted for maintenance work with out my approval they take founds that is *****ulent activity and if they can not guve me answer i will have to take legal action because this is unacceptable.Im paying for a service they my like they are doing me a favor
Dating 2 years ago i tookk my toyta 86 for a service at toyta okavango it was a very traumatic experience. it was in there work shop for over 4 months never have i experienced a service that ever toke so long. I started pushing and pushing to see my car the motor was standing in the work shop amd my car was in the yard it was a painful sight to see eventually they told me tht did a rocoil campaign on my vehicle with out my knowledge but they said its free toyota south africa pays for it . eventually i got my car back after waiting nearly 5 months and i drove it to town parked it when i got back to my car and trued to start it . It wouldn’t start so called thowtruck and the next day called toyota they came to get my car at my house a few days later they said it was a bearing knock and they cleaned up the motor so when we tried to trace what caused it nothing.I had to take a loan out of 80 000 rand to get a second motor and toyota didnt do anything just washed they hands and walked away no compensation for having my car there for 5 months for a service i was with no car .

I had the worst hospital experience I have ever had at Netcare N1. I felt differently treated because of the colour of my sick and the fack that I was sent on an IOD. The nature of my visit was an injury to my hand, the doctor tended to me for 2 minutes, she asked me what happened and if I could move my fingers, after asking those 2 questions, she left the room and never returned. Thirty minutes later a nurse shouted across the room that I should wait to do an x-ray, eventually I went to do an x-ray, after an 1 hour I was called and the advised that I was booked off for 3 days and was given a prescription and that was it. My hand had been swollen since the previous, to a point where is was now turning blue.
