I have changed banks and they did not debit my account, there is money on my account but they did not debit and this caused my phone to get blocked and i use it for work purposes i have been trying to get them to call me so that they can take their money and open my phone, i have received nothing but poor service from them i dont know if im dealing with ****mers or what
I am disappointed with the service from Lewis roodepoort, I was having two separate accounts paying R603 and R1033 and in January 2025 my acc from R603 was canceled I requested for a refund and they told me that the money was allocated to the account that I am paying R1033 okay fine, I then told them to combine the 1033 and 603 together to go off as one debit order and I was contacted by Lebogang who assisted me with the debicheck she said it will be 1636.03 PM to my surprise they are debiting 1636.06×2 and are refusing to refund me back my money,I am going to change my bank and make sure they never debiting me again they are bunch of ****mers I'm never gonna buy from them again
I ordered kids clothes on the 26 November and i only got my order yesterday 187/12/2024 ,the delay ****ed me off however i finally received my order yesterday ,when i got it i did not receive everything that i ordered, i called the guy that brought the delivery to me and he said he was only given the order that i received i tried to call adidas and there was no answer i sent them an email til today i havent received any response only the case number, i want all the stuff i ordered worst part you took the money but i did not get everything i ordered, this is the most disgusting service ever and i want my money back i will never order from the adidas online store EVER AGAIN
I have been using the network for two months now and I have been paying on the 25th and to my surprise my WiFi is disconnected 5days before my next payment date, how is that possible? I have no WiFi connection and I work from home,this is terrible service I am so disappointed and I am cancelling the subscription

I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FOM THIS SHOP , I MADE AN ONLINE PURCHASE OF R500 I BOUGHT A PUMA TSHIRT INSTEAD I GOT A BUCKET HAT FOR R250 MY HEART IS SO PAINFUL I WENT TO 3 DIFFERENT MALLS TO LOOK FOR THIS SHOP AND I WAS TOLD THE SHOPS MOVED I AM DEVESTATED, I WROTE SO MANY EMAILS HOWEVER THEY DO NOT CARE I ACCEPTED MY LOSS BUT TO BE HONEST THEY DID ME DIRTY, I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN
I would like to thank Jane from net nine she was helpful from the day I signed up ,today I texted her because net nine nine did not debit my account she was quick to assist me with my query because I was so frustrated
