I made an order on the 7th of February 2025. For headphones and toners. I have received toners but no headphones. On Sunday the 16th, the headphones were said to be delivered but not to my address. I called and followed up with Clicks on the matter they have been since waiting for feedback. I had to contact the delivery services myself using my own resources for a mistake made by Clicks. Day in and out I have to call them for this and all I get is we are waiting for feedback.. Pargo got back to me yesterday saying they would deliver yesterday during the day. This didn't happen and I confronted them and they responded and said they have contacted the relevant courier with the correct address. Upon calling Clicks they still had their legendary answer for me. This is unacceptable! I don't want a refund as that will take twice as long as well, I want my headphones NOW!
They haven't delivered my headphone order and I am disgruntled by this. I received a message for delivery and upon calling at home they said no parcel is at home.
The staff at PEP in New Brighton, Gqeberha are lazy and rude. In certain times, we don't receive send and receive money services. Also the store opens at 10am and closes an hour prior to closing time and not 15 minutes
I ordered a pair of sneakers from this company on the 26th of July 2024. I still have not yet received my sneaker. They offered a replacement before the 1st of August and with that offer, I had to go pillar to post trying to respond with my replacement. On the 5th of August they finally processed the order and I received delivery details thereafter. The order was supposed to be delivered on Thursday last week. This was not done. Upon calling the delivery company, I was told that the parcels were lost and that Madison should have brought this to my attention. But that wasn't done. I would like my sneaker by this week!!!
I have had two orders being delivered with this company and there's always a story with them. The first time they said the driver couldn't locate me and it was too late to do so. No notification of such, I had to call. Now they lost my parcel, you'd think they'd notify but no I had to call them once again.
I have been waiting for an order placed on the 25th of July. An email was sent to me to choose an alternative as my preferred was out of stock. I did so. Got no response till I sent another email. They responded requesting order details that I sent.. But thereafter it went quiet
