Be careful of Group1 Nissan Kuils River. This company is NOT trustworthy. If you can find the same vehicle anywhere else, go there. You can thank me later. They took out a service plan for me without my consent, yet they let me pay for all my services with them in cash. The only time I found out that there was a service plan taken out for me and worked into my monthly installment, was when my balloon was refinanced and the bank told me that they will take off the service plan. I went to them and ask why they did that, and to refund me, they just told me that the service plan has expired and therefore they cant refund me. If you are an existing client, check your documents now. If you are lucky not to be a client of theirs, keep it that way!
I bought a BENNETT READ kettle. It stopped working within 12 months from date of purchase and I took it back to Game N1 City (Cape Town). They have an A4 page against the wall explaining their return policy: If it is a manufacturer fault, the Customer can choose between Repair, Replace or Refund. However, if it is customer negligence, they will contact me and quote me to repair the product at cost. I chose the option for a refund, because I bought a new replacement kettle which I needed immediately. They called me a month later to say I can come get my kettle and refuse to give me a refund - in total contrast of their replacement policy. They had all kids of excuses (customer negligence, it can't be refunded after 14 days, one even said it was returned 3 days before one year of purchase!!) What must i do with two kettles? If I knew a Tevo product (Bennett Read) would break within a year of purchase and they don't stick to their own policy, i would never have bought it. Be careful when buying at GAME, or a TEVO product, or BENNETT READ for that matter.

I never had problems with Bonitas, but since they use Mararapharm I've been having issued with them. The first time i sent my script (repeat for 6 months) for medicine to this place that calls themselves a pharmacy, it took them one month (28 days to be exact) to deliver my medicine. They delivered one month's medication to the wrong address. The second month they delivered 1 of the 3 medicines on the script to a wrong address again. I am waiting now for 3 weeks to deliver my life sustaining chronic medicine. If you call them, be ready to hold in excess of 30 minutes to speak to somebody, and they do not respond to any of the 7 emails I've sent them.

My service was disconnected and it took Vuma 6 days to resolve it. I had to buy data for the whole household for 6 days. The next day (1rst of the month) they just continued deducting my normal monthly fee. When I asked them to compensate me for the inconvenience, some agent called Phaphama just told me they only compensate if the internet was down for more than 7 days!! I wanted to cancel my contract but I have to give a full calender month notice. Think twice before u sign up!
