From the get go, I received outstanding service from Reginald Cook and Jarryd at Group 1 George. Regular follow up. Regular updates and assistance with the the process,even after working hours. The attention to detail was superb. Aftercare service was on point. Thank you Reginald Cook and Jarryd for outstanding service
I withdrew money at the Standard bank ATM at the Total garage in Courtney street, George on 20/03/2025. Only later during the day when I was out of town, did I notice that the one R50 note had one third torn off. The shop refuses to take the note and I have now lost a note to that value. I do not bank with Standard bank and need to have my note replaced.
I am a very unhappy customer. I have sent emails regarding my mother, who is a main member on Bonitas medical aid, that will be without medication from the morning of the 25th of February 2025. No response has been received. I tried calling, but their waiting time on the phone is way too long. When I registered, I indicated that the medication should not be replaced by generics, yet they took it upon themselves to change to generic medication. I also indicated that the medication be delivered to her GP's offices in Stilbaai and yet the delivery address is my address in George. Now the delivery will be even more delayed. Their website for registration is a nightmare. This is unacceptable. We had smooth procedures with Pharmacy direct and now she has to struggle without medication To top it off, no one has the decency to reply to my emails. You are stressing out the members from the start. I don't know why Bonitas has changed to this provider. They obviously do not know what they are doing.
This company has no idea of customer service. After numerous attempts to try and get a refund for money they *****ulently deducted from my account in December 2024, and them asking for my banking details for the refund to be processed, I am being given the run around and was instructed to wait for feedback when I queried why it is taking so long. I have been warned against this company and am so sorry that I got involved with them in the first place. Do not sign up with them unless you have money to waste.
I paid the initial joining fee in August and requested cancellation within the same week. I was contacted by a senior staff member asnd told that I may use the membership for the month that I paid for and that I should send a cancelation email, which I did early September. No fees was charged for September and October. Then they startec taking payments from my account from November via a company called Adumo online. I have sent numerous emails and whatsapp messages and was told via whatsapp by Magda that the team will get back to me asap. To date no response to my emails. Do not ever sign up with these people if you are not willing to be a member for life.
I am having problems having my Pick n Pay ASAP orders delivered. I have to spend airtime to call them twice to deliver my order. Today, I ordered at 17:02 andat 19:40 I called the call center with no answer. Bearing in mind that the shop closes at 20:00 in George. No order received. This is the last time I will make use of this service.
Firstly, they told me I do not have an order with them. I then had to send them the email with the order number that they had sent me in the first place. Then the orthopaedic pillows came and the one was so flat... Hardly enough stuffing. I then sent an email to complain. They then told me that it is their policy that the customer has to ship the product back to them at their own cost and they will deduct a R15 handling fee from the refund.
