My wife bought a handbag at Dirty Leather, a vendor on the pay just now platform. After a month, the handbag was not delivered. We requested a refund from Dirty Leather and they informed that they gave pay just now instructions to refund the purchase cost which is fully paid. ....No refund received and no response from pay just now, telephonically, on the app and on watsapp.
I reported a problem with my account 3 times already to KwaZulu.Natal.co.za. I received an account in June/July 2024 of R16 000 which I settled in full. Eskom accounts use the same meter reading for the large accounts from 2024 to send me new accounts and my account is just getting bigger and bigger. No response to my letters or queries. Just threats of switching off the electricity. Reported this on the app as well Reference 910522021, reference 915215765, and reference 915248442
I am a broker for short term Insurance. My son`s vehicle, financed through Absa Vehicle Finance has been comprehensivelyInsured on my Short term Insurance policy, which I wrote, since the day he took delivery of his vehicle, which was 2 years ago. ABSA asked for proof of Insurance which we provided twice. My son received a document from ABSA Insurance that a short term Policy for the vehicle was taken out and that he is now liable for the Insurance premium which is almost 3 times the amount that I am paying for his insurance, on my own Short term Insurance Policy of which I am the broker as well. ABSA Contravened the POPI act firstly as my sons personal and banking information is now shared with a third party without his consent. I will lodge a complaint with the Information regulator for contravention of the POPIA act. Secondly, the vehicle is now insured by two seperate Insurance companies. Thirdly, there is no Replacement Policy Advice record as required by the FAIS act, for which I am going to report and lodge a complaint with the FSCA., and lastly no permission was given, no consultation was done and no due diligence was app**** when this policy was issued without my son`s consent. As the broker of this policy I have locus standi to complain, and to report this incident, and furthermore, if ABSA chooses not to cancel this policy which was ********ly issued with immediate effect, a charge of ***** will be registers with the local law enforcement authorities for serious crime, as I see that this is not the first time that ABSA has done this. This amounts to theft by ABSA. We have been trying to resolve this matter by complaining to ABSA about this and providing proof of comprehensive insurance without any breaks on the vehicle since he took delivery 2 years ago. I challenge ABSA`s legal department to contact me regarding this issue, because if they are found to be contravening the Popia act as well as the FAIS act, they will face fines exceeding R10million rand.

I dealt with Dono at Home connect today, as always I got excellent service from Home Connect and Dino went out of his way to h3lp me sort out the problem that I had. I needed 12 Monthis invoices which he downloaded one by one, and he took the time to send it to me. Dino even phonee me after sending all the invoices to make sure that I received wvwrything and he offered further assistance.....well done !!!!

I booked a ticket on cheapflights which directed me to e dreams. my account was debited and on enquiry Lift said no ticket was booked for me. This is not a pleasure trip. My father had a heart attack and I am trying to get to him. How can Lift airlines allow scammers to do bogus bookings? I lost the money I had to travel to my father.
I booked a ticket through cheapflights which directed me to e dreams to finalise the booking for a flight ticket in less than 24 hrs. Received an email to say my booking was unconfirmed and the debited my account with the cost of the flight ticket on Lift airline. I was scammed! I had to get to my father who had a heart attack. Lift airline says they hope I get my money back. How can Lift airline allow scammers to make bookings on their behalf?
