Unable to change or edit bank details on this app. I called Rain support several times with no luck. I assisted my brother with application and Rain is debiting me every 15th of the month. Please check your RainGo App URGENTLY Nice and fed up with calling you.

I wanted to know about my policy & the beneficiary details.
The call centre consultant, Keabetswe Makhudu assisted me with great professionalism and clarified everything about my policy, and I was not aware that my policy is in arrears. She explained everything and advised me to register online on Assupol Client portal. It was easy and I managed to pay arrears with ease. Thank you Assupol for great & prompt service.

Billing
The call centre male consultant assisted me on a Sunday morning, 20/10/2024. He handled my query with great knowledge and experience since I had an issue of billing which needed to be resolved. My issue was resolved on Monday morning. We need consultants who know their story and how to handle customers. I was ****ed off and could not hear his name otherwise I was going to write his name on this message.

Poor Quality Couch
I bought a two-seater couch from them in August 2023 but I discovered that their display couch is a good quality compared to what I received from their warehouse. The couch had no springs and bad quality thin foam. I had to ask one of the upholsteries around Durban who specialises in recovery of upholstery works. I will never buy from them again. I will not recommend this shop to anyone.
