I have taken my vehicle twice for repairs to the panel beater and on both accassions I have been impressed with the work done a color matching. Overall great service from everyone in the firm.
Just recently took my vehicle for a rear bumper repair and the work come out perfectly with nice matching paint. Well done team
I am flabbergasted with the service that I just received from MTN, I upgranded my contract 2 months ago when I took a package that I need to pay R359p/m, my first installment was R447.99 which I thought maybe there's a pro-rata added, then this month it's R663.71. I then called the call center and spoke to Patricia Mabaso who tried to explain why the amounts are not the same. She said unfortunately what's advertised is excluding vat, meaning the R359 I saw is excl which was never explained by the store and have been with MTN for more than 15years it's the first time to hear such hense the R447.99 and the R663.71 includes the pro-rata, she then transferred me to Thandeka Shibe MTN Direct to down grade my contact as I explained to the store that I don't want to pay anything more than R400, instaead Thandeka just said she can't help me instead I must go back to CS Dept, when I told her I am from there, she just said then I must go back to the store, can someone who knows what is what there to fix this matter.

Never, ever trust this company, This is very sad, dissappointing and my waste decision I have ever made to join this company. Imagine I am getting such horrible and pathetic service while I am still alive what will happen to my family when I am gone. It's over 2 months now since I received an sms that someone will contact me to restructer my policy. If you call it'sworse you will speak to a robot that doesn't even help, you don't get anyway and they don't even bother calling back even after the robot forces you to leave a message and the sad part is given the years of paying they know very well it will be costly to cancel the policy with them. This is not acceptable guys JUST CONTACT ME BACK,

I had a loan with Capitec Bank that I was paying monthly religiously without failure, unfortunatley I was retreached from my company and submited all my documents to them to claim on my insurance cover, On the 31/07/24 received and e-mail as follows "We are pleased to notify you that your claim on Term Loan, with account number ******* has been approved for 24 month instalments or until you are no longer unemployed, whichever is shorter. Payment will be processed within the next 30 working days" Today the 16/09/24 the payment has not been made, I have sent e-mails they are not responding, I call no answer, I don't understand why they are now holding payment.
I am shocked, confused and really ****ed off with this company. I bought a warranty for my vehicle with this company MotoTechnology (Pty) Ltd T/A MotoTech and I say who ever is considering taking cover with them "RUN" as far as you can, they will take your money and will find all the reasons not to pay a claim. My radiator bottle is leaking and it happened when I was far so I had to replace it and I did so with a 2nd had I got then come Monday I submitted a claim, they requested a quote which I did from a dealer, they come back and say they want me put back the leaking bottle, go to the dealer so they can remove the bottle, confirm it's leaking and then send them a quote that includes labor as the dealer will give guarantee to the work. So they will rather pay +/- R800 from my money to the dealer just to remove and replace a bottle than just to buy me the bottle, they are doing so just make sure the policy elapse.
The service l have received from the claims handler Siyanda for my accident claim has been great she has updated me all the way through. Thank you.
