supersonic could give courses on mastering bad service!!! supersonic zero out of 10!
I have sent them emails to no avail (with an assurance will revert in 72 hours!). There are 3 toll gates on the N4 between Johannesburg and Malelane. A large expanse of the road is (and has been for a very ,long time) under construction. In many places a single poorly surfaced road. On principle to charge toll fees when the route is in such a state of disrepair is blatantly not right.
VODACOM COVID POLICY. ITS HYSTERICAL! I AM A LOYAL VODACOM CONTRACT CUSTOMER. VODACOM COMMITTED IN JUNE TO COME REPAIR/INSTALL A BOOSTER IN MY HOME. I GOT COVID END JUNE AND POSTPONED THE APPOINTMENT. MID JULY ( AFTER14 DAYS) AND I WAS 100% HEALTHY I TOLD THEM TO PLEASE COME TO MY HOME. THEY HAVE UNTIL THIS DAY (6 WEEKS AFTER I CAME OUT OF COVID!) REFUSED TO COME UNLESS I HAVE A NEGATIVE COVID TEST. THEY BELIEVE I MAY STILL HAVE THE VIRUS. I TOLD THEM IF THEY READ THE NEWSPAPERS OR WATCH TV THEY WILL SEE ONE DOESNT GET COVID FOREVER. LAUGHABLE.
DEALING WITH THE CALL CENTRE IS LIKE PULLING TEETH! I EVENTUALLY GOT THROUGH AND ASKED IF I COULD TALK TO CALCIN COLLETT (THE MD) NO CHANCE! SOMEONE ELSE SENIOR? YES CALL 0113005902. I WAS ASSURED IT WAS NOT THE USUAL CALL CENTRE. IT WAS ..AFTER 37 MINUTES OF HOLDING I PUT DOWN. DEAL WITH SUPERSONIC WITH SERIOUS CAUTION!!
POOR SERVICE/NETWORK PROBLEM For 2 months dealing with the call centre (and them dealing with networks as customers cannot access network department directly) Multiople escelations of the service request. most recent ref#: 1-34689131519974, 1-34720955960460. As a contract client would not expect one to have to beg for service as i have done! Vodacom 0 out of 10 for service!
i posted on hellopeter how awful the service was. got a response from sandra to say how sorry she was and will contact me. spent many hopurs trying to get throygh to the call centre in the interim. im still waiting for her to contact me!! this company is in trouble if it continues like this.
try get hold of the call centre when you have a problem. i challenge you! customer service lacking tremendously
I WOULD RATHER DEAL WITH TELKOM OR ESKOM!!! GETTING SERVICE A MASSIVE PROBLEM.
