Compliant: We were booked in the camping site this past weekend from 23 - 25 May2025. We arrived and had terrific service from the ladies at reception. We were then placed on plot 43 & 44. We were sitting outside by the campsite and the security's cam to make a turn to say that we should put the music off which we did, please note there were other people that music was playing very much louder than ours. That was the only time that securities made a turn by us. Further more we were then sitting by the fire and having conversation the people camping at slighty behind us was partying till pass one o clock the morning. The next morning you could see the other people on the campsite was looking at us and started to make funny comments. The one lady walked till infront of out stand and was saying "sies, sies" this was a total disgust to me because I could then pick up that this is ****** playing off. The security manager then pulled up and asked to speak to the person that booked the place. I then went to him and he told me that they received several complaints and we need to leave the site. I then asked him who complained because there was other people that was also partying late he said he does not need to tell me we should just leave the place. I then asked why do we not get a final warning and why are we just to leave and also whether I will get my money back as he is forcing us to leave now. He said we wont get the money back and we should see that we leave. The people with me started to get frustrated because he also did not have a manner to speak to me. I then started packing and left the resort. I could see from what was happening around us that the people that camp there is regulars and they know each other. And my biggest disgust was the fact that the Security Manager could not be decent with us and demanded that we leave without a warning. I would like to require that my money for the 2 plots for the Saturday gets paid back as I did not have the use of the resort for that day. Also I would like the Security Manager that was on duty be approached about his way toward coloured people. He should treat people with respect. I know the resort cant be held accountable for the ****** of their visitors , but this should also be acknowledged. We are all working towards a better South Africa but the way things was handled was true ****** which I have not seen before.
My partner bought us food at Burger King Brackenfell. The chips was suppose to be upgraded to loaded Jalapeno chips, but there was no chips for the meal he requested a extra long chilli cheese burger but instead we got a boerewors burger. He contacted the custoner care and they informed that they will contact the store and come to some kind of conclusiin. This happened on 26 March 2025, still no conclusion or contact
I am currently due for an upgrade on Vodacom. So I apply for the upgrade online and it states that due to my credit profile there is only certain contracts that I can upgrade to which some of it actually is more expensive than the current contract. I had this account with Vodacom for 20years now. Also I have now been trying to contact them on a daily basis and then end up or on the chat line or where they are calling me without a reasonable answer of why the system is not allowing the contract but that the systems allows for a more expensive contract. Today's feedback from the consultant was that I should go to the Vodacom Store and then they would contact them and might then be able to assist. How ridiculous is that??? I somehow want a valid reason for this situation. Also I then requested that they then close the contract which they are also not willing to assist with.
We bought 2 x 514's last night at Simply Asia Cape Gate. 1 x Beef and 1 x Seafood. My husband required that they make it spicy as well. When we got home and opened the food it did not even have any colour. The seafood was rubbery and did not have any taste. The Beef my husband complained also was tasteless. I was so disgusted with the food and told my husband I am actually very disappointed that we have just waisted our money. I would have added a copy of the slip but the cashier took the slip when we collected.
