I placed an order on the 17th of October, on the 28th of October i received an email stating that there was a delay in one of the items, and i was going to expect it around the 4th of November. Mind you, I needed this order for the 9th of November as it formed part of a birthday present. On the 4th of November I received another email stating that there is another delay and i will receive it around the 8th of November. I then emailed requesting that the order is here by the 9th November, I then decided to cancel my order as i did not get a response. From when I requested to cancel I received a notification that my order would only be here by the 11th. I still have not received confirmation of my cancellation request. Loot has been the worst experience, and I would like to let everyone know not to order from them and rather go with a more reputable brand.
I have had nothing but terrible experiences with this app. The support platform has no care for its customers and do nothing to help. I have had multiple cases where items either were missing or orders didn’t arrive and each time the order is “not eligible for a refund” why am I paying for items I didn’t receive? Customers should think twice about using this app and rather use a more reliable platform.
