Great service and communication
I recently had a burst geyser and had it replaced via plumber. Angor made the whole process simple and easy with great support and comms all the way through. Would highly recommend their service. Sisonke was a superstar during the whole process.

Photos in restrooms and no privacy
If I could rate it less, I would. It's become worse than Virgin Active. And that says something. But my main gripe is about people taking photos in the locker rooms with no regard about fellow, named members. I've complained multiple times and nothing seems to get done. It's like no one cares about privacy or safety. This place is a joke.

Non Existent service and lies all round
If I could give a lower rating I would. I previously bought a phone from them and it took forever, but at least that time I had communication. This time round my wife ordered two phones last year and the comms are non existent. Absolutely shocking service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Been promised a refund and still waiting. Just not acceptable.

Poor/Unreliable service/delivery
First time to try out the SweepSouth service. Pathetic is an understatement. The platform and whole idea is great, but if the people offering their services through the platform are not reliable, it will never work. Our first "SweepStar" accepted the booking to clean and then cancelled without explanation. Made a new booking with another cleaner and on the day, she too cancelled with no reason and no replacement could be found. Booking was ultimately just cancelled alltogether. Service response was not bad from the call centre and the ladies were very helpful and friendly, but unfortunately the quality/relaibility of cleaners will be the main reason I'll never use this service again or suggest anyone ever use it.
