Dstv rooter it was off for a week and.other weeks sometimes i dont use it ,but when i used if it says data depleted how because i have not been using it i dont know bad service
I am staying in witpoortjie estate ,JRA and calgro m3 made an alternative road for us as we have a sink hole but JRA is not maintaining that road it has pothole it is hard to drive there the mud becomes too much when it is raining,baker street has a trench its over years it is not being fixed can we get help ,can jra priotise us .
Sassa roodepoort has a bad service they cut people,the staff attitude is bad they tell you if they will reject your application ,they dont work bad service they must change the staff because they are too confortable instead of working.
They render bad services to customers ,vodacom gave them my package on the 12 december 2024 ,even today 6 january 2025 they havent delivered my parcel ,they dont communicate they dont care if you need that package agent or not vodacom should stop using skynet.
Calgro m3 they been saying in 2 weeks they will come fix the road ,or the sink hole but nothing is happening in witpoortjie estate,our infustructure is colapsing people who stays at the shacks are vandalising our place and nobody care they are *****ing the fence ,*****ing lights cables but when we bought house we were promised and estate but is not and we are left stranded and our lifes at risk with our kids think twince before buying a property from calgro m3 they dont care about customers after getting what they want .dont buy any property from calgro you will get 0 services.
Sink hole reported last year in roodepoort witpoortjie estate even today the sink hole is not fixed the temporary road they made for us the residents it has potholes it is not level no communication no nothing can we get help asap can we be priotised
