I noticed in the morning that the network on my rain was slow, I contacted the bot on rain that then told me my account was arrears. I sent them proof of payment and they still haven't gotten back to me, the network is still slow. The unprofessionalism is a bnig issue with this company.
I bought this 50" smart tv about 3 weeks ago now, it's the worst piece of **** I have ever experienced, I tried to return it to Takealot but they took too long. Sinotec has disappointed me
I requested for a refund and a return of an item on the 12the, it was scheduled to be taken and reviewed on the 13the it was then rescheduled on the 14the that it would be taken. It is the 15the the item is still here and I haven't heard a word from them. I just want to know what must happen.
They gave us a one month notice on arrears , they then came after 2 days to cut off the lights and then gave us a week's notice, we paid the arrears in full and since management has not made any provisions to turn on the lights.
I have been struggling with network since yesterday, Rain has not responded to my calls , I have a lot of work to do and I need my wifi to work.
I texted you guys to please handle my matter with CCD Courier and you guys have not gotten back to me yet. I am not working for 3 days now waiting for you guys to bring the router. I have made so many excuses to my manager and this is costing me. Please reply to me ASAP
This is the worst courier company I have ever had to deal with. i was supposed to receive my package on Wednesday it was delayed because of an address issue. We then fixed the issue and I was promised it would be delivered yesterday between 2-5 , it never arrived. I then received an email stating that I have been unreachable , this is a lie because I have been calling every hour to find out how far the package is. I just called an agent who acted like she could not hear me. I don't know why they even bother at this point.
