Absolutely useless company. We have been trying to cancel our Agility Health card account with them for months now, have filled in numerous cancellation forms and hey are still taking our money every month. We cannot get our contributions out of them at all and they just never answer customer queries. DO NOT make use of them, completely useless card and one can never get hold of a person to sort out any issues. They are now *****ing our money!
It has now been 12 days of absolute incompetency and pathetic service from Axxess. With the whole Axxess Cell C fixed LTE ending they switched me over to Axxess MTN fixed LTE. My Cell C account ended promptly end of November and thus since 1 December I have not had proper internet. Each time I try to call then I have to make 20 or more attempts before the call actually goes through and then I am put on hold for over half an hour before someone bothers to attempt to assist me. Every time thus far the so called tech support person has been grossly incompetent and unable to even begin to resolve the issue. I was sent a SIM card and it did not work so I needed a replacement SIM card. Axxess were not able to complete this simple process yet! The service is really terrible, I have tried numerous different channels, messenger, email (never even gets a reply and the online ticket system (I get completely irrelevant copy and paste answers to my complaints. This cannot go on like this and has to be resolved, but it is unfortunate I am forced to cancel my service with them.
On the 5th of July I contacted Ignite about the LTE wireless internet offering they were advertising. After a good conversation and being convinced of the capability of this company I decided to place an order for this service and included the once off price for a LTE router to go with the SIM card. I created my "account" on the 6th of July and my order was placed and paid for by Monday 9th of July. On 11 July I began following up as I had not heard anything. I received an email requesting that I send them the RICA documents. I replied 2 hours after receiving the email with the documents. I then called and was informed that my order was by Digital Planet, Digital Planet said they had not yet received my order. All this time I checked a few times a day online to see the status of my order, it just said on backorder. By Friday 13 July I had still not heard anything and after calling Ignite they referred me to another company (passing the buck much?) Digital Planet was once again called. The person I spoke to said they would action my order asap. Nothing happened. Then on Monday 16 July I called Ignite again to try and find out what is happening. No useful info from them. Ignite has this horrible Whatsapp conversation thing they they attempt to resolve customer issues over but it is equally useless. It is Tuesday 17 July, I have spent over an hour on calls to various people and been frustrated to the point of almost losing my cool with anyone I speak to on the phone. Ignite are absolutely useless and do not care in the least about their customers and give little to no feedback at all. It is terribly frustrating waiting and being kept in the dark while being sent from one place to another and no one has any useful info.
<p>I have a lemon Hyundai i10 that had been broken for over a month and I came very it repaired. It has been broken many times with many serious problems. I just get shunted around and told to wait. Car has been standing now for weeks. Need a reliable vehicle to let my wife drive. Not this problem Hyundai. Please help me </p>
