I am writing to express my utter disappointment with the service I have received from Motorite. My recent claim for my vehicle was rejected, and despite following up and lodging a formal complaint with your complaints department, I am still left without a resolution. It’s been over a week now, and my vehicle has been sitting at Volkswagen while I wait for some form of assistance or acknowledgment from Motorite. The delay and lack of communication are beyond frustrating. This kind of service is completely unacceptable, especially when insurance is supposed to offer peace of mind. Instead, I’ve been left stranded with no clear answers. The insurance that’s supposed to have my back has done nothing to help, and it’s becoming clear that Motorite has no intention of resolving this promptly. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Motorite to anyone. This experience has shown me how poor your service is, and I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what I’m dealing with. You’ve lost my trust and my business.
