Taken out a contract which delivery service DSV have ******ed up more than once and still cannot get hold of a customer care advisor 0612252233
The worst Courier service available get sent a sms that they want a copy of proof of address, a copy of ID and then they will take a copy of mtn invoice as per delivery twice ive recieved the msg via sms and email. Firstly friday the 13th of March 2026 that they will be here to pick up above-mentioned documents between 10 and 12 in the morning. Which never happened as i waited and they only got here at 2 hours later. Then told me as my ID and Drivers license is on my keys of my bakkie for Traffic officer reasons again having all necessary documents as requested was told that they cannot deliver due to scanning of my ID and fingerprint scanning. I then told them its fine but i cannot let my 3 businesses wait until they wake up to deliver and loose money as i had what they asked for. So today at 10h41am i get a call from driver as im 3kms away i tell him just hang on im on my way i will be there within 10mins. Recheaching delivery point driver has left he then pitchs up here after 12 again approximately 20mins back after over R100s worth of airtime to his company. I hand him documentation as requested from DSV via sms and email. He then again askes for ID which i did confirm with his dispatch is not needed due to documentation. The driver has the audacity to tell me that i must return my driver and bakkie as he has work to do and will not wait when my bakkie is 80kms away for my ID and now after calling Headoffice again they are changeing their stories again. So firstly if i was any client looking to transport an item or deliver a service i would not use DSV its pathetic that clients who have been Debichecked and CreditChecked via MTN to have to still deal with a pathetic driver who thinks he can tell a other individual or business owner what to do with their time after him and his company have neglected their client such as MTN or the individual or business owner recieveing the goods. I had the worst time ordering food from Mcdonalds Krugersdorp through the Uber Eats app the poor Uber Eats driver stood there an hour and contacted me telling me no one is helping him. So i decided to go through from my house to see what was going on and when i arrived was greeted with intence aggression and nasty rude attitudes from the staff that it almost escalated into a full on fight with me and Uber Eats driver. I cant blame the Uber Eats driver at all he was extremely helpfull and supportive yet Mcdonalds still has not contact me regarding this bad service or rectified this situation. I think iys pathetic that an international company such as Mcdonalds can treat hard working family orientated customers this way yet still no communication after i have reported on all social media platforms aswell as with Uber Eats. Mcdonalds you are pathetic
I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider and Mhlengi from Rain. Thanks my brother for all your patience and top level of assistance.
