Good day. Kindly assist with a issue i have. I mistakenly reinstalled a payjoy app on my phone attemping to track the balance and keep up with payments online for another device that i i currently have on contract with you and unfortunately my device is blocked and is reinitiating activation as if im purchasing it on credit as new device. My actual phone is a hisense e70 pro and it was on contract but i finished paying it off. The current phone on contract is an OPPO A3 I sent an an email to support@payjoyza.zendesk.com and received ticket number 23009473. Kindly assist with removing this app on my hisense on your end I can provide all the necessary information needed. This is an emergency and I would apprecieate if the matter is handled with urgency since the device is important in my line of work

Man you guys are too good to be true. You dont reply to emails nor do you update a loan application if it has been approved or not. My application has been sitting on 93% and it is more than 24 hours yet, a debicheck is active on my bank account. This on my part as a potential client is poor service and will surely restrict me from recommending your services to anyone I know
