Please do not expect this company to have anything to do with the word cyber ( illusion of systems efficiency) nor of delivery ( you could walk from Cape Town to Jhb and back and get your wine quicker) nor service ( they do not respond to support emails- though to get a phone number perhaps try typing in Salt River address and what? you get another wine company at same premises? ) Have not received order after 3 weeks . Perhaps they have made off with my money??
Despite the service promising to send you a reminder , I have had to remind then for each of my 5 vehicles ( sometimes twice) . When they are late they then send me a welcome reminder saying my membership only starts from the 1st of the forthcoming month ( despite having dealt with them for two months already) What a joke!

I had my window panes replaced at a cost of in excess of R30,000 by Glassmen Retreat.<br> The frosted glass developed white blotches.<br> Despite calling a Mike ( the manager in charge) regularly and requesting a replacement it took 4 months for someone to come out. This person told me it was due to a natural occurrence caused by moisture. I called him back to reassess and he has subsequently agreed that this is not the case. Now that this has been agreed , they now want the invoice from me before they proceed. These are the people who raised the invoice on me - why would they not have that detail?<br> <br> Why would it take them 5 months to resolve the replacement of one window pane among the many they installed. <br> You have been made aware of how the management deal with customers at this branch.
