I placed an order on 16.02.2026 and paid upfront . Avon is not realizing my order confirming that my account is inactive . I followed up with the area manager on 19.02.2026 and was told it will take 72 hours to be resolved and to release my order . Today is the 25th and still not resolved . What I need now is to be refunded or my order to be released. Avon service is vey poor and pathetic
I placed an order and already paid upfront , avon is not realizing my order . When I call the customer care line I was referred to a collection company and was not assisted . The lady at the collection dept confirm that they can't see anything on their side as their system is off but payment is reflecting on my avon app and avon also confirm receipt of my payment. What I need is just to be REFUNDED or my order to be delivered .
I lodged a claim on 13.01.2025 with Gerad Jacobs and submitted documents requested on 14.01.2025 and I was told that turnaround time is 4 working days to receive feedback. The only person that gave me a call was an assessor requesting photos and I did send them . I send several emails to documents@saunderwriters.com and I cc Gerad on all correspondence to follow up on the progress of the claim but no reply to any of the emails I am sending. Today I called the claims dept and spoke to Nosipho Magubane who said she will refer the claim to "management" but was unable to provide me with a turnaround time and confirm that the person responsible for my claim is Michael and I never heard anything from the person by the name of Michael. I am very hurt and disappointed with the service I am receiving from SAU , this is the 1st time I am lodging a claim since I joined this company and I have never missed or skip any premium. SAU is very quick to debit the account but unable to render services promised to a client
I have a bad service from the person who was assigned as my service advisor by the name of Elias . My Car was towed to the dealer on 23.11.2024 after it failed to start when trying to change headlights bulbs. It was on a saturday . Elias only called me on 26.11.2024 to ask what is wrong with the car and I then explain that the car failed to start when trying to change headlights bulbs- it was 2 issues ( Non starter and headlights not working). He said he need a go-ahead from for the technicians to start with the work but I will be liable to pay over R3000.00 . I said it is fine because I was desperate for the car to be fixed and mind you the car is still under warranty. On the 28.11.2024 (Thursday) Elias called again to confirm that the car is fine I can come and fetch it and amount I must pay is R3105.00. I confirm to go the next day which was the 29th november 2024 . When I arrive it was after 17h00 , Elias gave me an invoice to go and pay . I went to the cashier to pay and gave him the receipt , he then handed me the car key and went out with me to the car. The car was starting which I was happy with . I ask Elias to switch on the headlight and it was still not working . He then said it is after hours I must bring back the car . I went again on 02.12.2024 I was not okay at all he didn't even show sympathy or that he is willing to assist , he was not helpful at all , he then said the car must be booked, they gave booking for 04.12.2024 . I took the car back I request to have a new service advisor . The new service advisor said she will call during the day , she did call and told me that the problem with headlights is a switch and is not available in store . They will order one for me and will contact me once it is available . I was not given any turnaround time. I called again on 11.12.2024 and same story that I will be contacted. Now I am sitting with a car that I cant even use because when I come back from work is already late and headlights are not working . This is costing me a lot of money using public transport and paying for the car instalment that is still under warranty and not receiving any joy from dealership. On the 17th december I have to travel to Limpopo to visit my mom and this does not seem to be possible. I did ask Elias about courtesy car the 1st time the car was there and he said I can not qualify for one. I just need assistance for the headlights to be fixed so that I can go on with my life and have peaceful sleep
I went to fill up my car on 20th September 2024, I gave the petrol attended my reward card and it was never swiped. I realized when I arrived home when I check the slip, I then called and spoke to a lady by the name of Magnolia who said I must come back with the slip and it will be rectified. I went back on Sunday 22 September 2024 I explain my situation to the cashier, she took the reward card and the same slip and said I must go and wait in the car they will sort it out. I went to the car as instructed and after 10 min the lady came back with a new slip and my old slip saying it is sorted. On the new slip still there was no points allocated but I thought it will show on the app. On arrival home I checked on the app still no points allocated.
