I have now been punched in the gut. The actual audacity to not only pay bonuses for staff finding ways to not to settle a claim, but to now after painful surgery tell me they don't cover hospital exit medicine, so I guess I can expect a bill from the hospital I can't pay. And no, paying it from my savings is me paying for it not you. I don't have R2000 to pay for the antibiotics or pain medication so I guess I'll just hope I don't die. Which leads me to believe Discovery wants me to die. Which is fine, the next medical emergency I'll just skip hospital altogether and hope for the best. Don't bother replying I just had to get that off my chest.
After providing the *********** agent with payments and dates, and explaining the difference between paying in advance and paying in arrears, they have now handed me over to a debt collector for money I do not owe them. They sent a cancellation order to ClearAccess, so they know its cancelled. I am not surprised at their NPS score at all, they just don't care, and trying to reach them is impossible, I spent almost R1500 in airtime just to talk to someone.
I would absolutely not recommend renting or buying from these people. It’s a Chinese company that just bulldozes their communist rule over tenants and owners. At first it looks upmarket and well maintained. However 8 months in to the lease we’ve just had endless issues. So far we have had change of estate manager twice without notice. The estate managers are sub par at their jobs. The complex has a central heat pump so you are at their mercy for hot water. We reported no hot water on Saturday and was told the plumber would be there on Monday. So 2 days and nights without hot water in winter. Also this after slapping on R1100 additional fees on the rent with a week to decide if we are moving out of we are not happy with it. So basically ******ion to the literal definition: pay or else. Trying to get a hold of their offices is literally impossible. The accounts lady is always in a meeting and only she can help nobody else. Save yourself the headache and money and find somewhere else to buy / rent. These people are ***** AF. I have also written a letter to TPN the credit bureau informing them of these antics, hopefully they will stop processing requests from this ******ion racquet and not penalise tenants who has been had by these people
Your service is great…. Until loadshedding hits. Your equipment in our complex dies after 2 hours, so much for investing in backup power when the fibre dies after 2 hours and 1 hour if it is the second time for the day. I have sent multiple emails about this to no avail.
Here we are again. I am paying for a 100mbps line and my line speed has been between 5-10mbps the whole day.... Yet there is no way to contact or log a ticket with these people. Can someone explain to me how the hell we ended up hostages of MWEB and not being able to do anything about it.
Absolutely pathetic. My parcel has been sitting in their warehouse for 3 days, and when you contact them you get told the next scheduled delivery. I mean they are couriers FFS it is their job to know when a parcel is being delivered where. I am not surprised at all that their NPS score is -89.
So frustrating, Impossible to get a hold of them on the phone, in the meantime I am sitting without internet. I have spent more than 90 minutes holding on the phone and over R1000 on mobile data.
We logged the initial ticket on Friday circa 13h00 through Afrihost as we are not allowed to contact TT directly. None the less, I sent 7 emails requesting acknowledgement of the issue and update on when the problem will be fixed to no avail. My business is suffering and I have already spent over R1000 on mobile data.
