Was I dealing with ****mers or was it really happy pay??
I was trying to make a purchase with Happy pay for the first time today and I was I asked to log into my banking app, they checked all my transactions on all my accounts and it seemed as if I was the one who logged into my app, is that how they do transactions or was I dealing with ****mers??? After that I was told that I will get an approval notification within 60 seconds which never happened, I’m really worried

FNB ****** me my money
Huge amounts of money have been deducted from my account, I’ve tried to get help from FNB but with no luck. So FNB is now *****ing our money from accounts and they tell you some lame story that they pay for purchases you make and later collect the money, how possible is that cz when you make purchases there’s money in the account and the money is automatically reserved immediately after swiping, I hate FNB!!!

Wow the customer ser...
Wow the customer service was excellent 👌 very friendly and efficient, they also requested for me to come fetch my car, I love this branch and will definitely come back again.

Big man and Lulu were really great!!! I was late and they had to wait for me for almost an hour so I would definitely recommend EBK to my friends and family, thank you guys.
