I am not one to shame another company or talk bad about them but in my experience, I feel like that maybe my review will help someone out there. If I could give a 0-star rating, I would 100% do that. My experience with ever after studios has been one off the poorest. When I got engaged I browsed through wedding Photography to see who will be the best and within my budget, and I came across Everafter studios, this was right at the beginning of their photography journey, they had just started their business when I booked with them for my 2025 Wedding at the time when I booked them it was around 2023 or 2024. They ask you to pay 50% of the cost to secure your date after we paid them the deposit to secure our date it was still early to talk about my wedding since it was like 1 year away. Fast forward to 2025 we began to discuss our wedding and making a shot list for them, when wanting to talk to them or change something we would always have to contact them in order to get answers there were usually no response within 2 to 3 day in which I needed to call or ask again to make changes to my shot list. My wedding was in October 2025 and with my wedding being a month away there was still no response from them and I had to ask them if they were still coming and how many of them will be their because I had to give my final numbers in which they confirmed that it will only be 2 of them joining. When my wedding day arrived I was busy getting ready in the bridal sweet when I still haven't gotten any response from them in which I decided to contact them to ask where they were and to which they responded on the day of my wedding to no sorry they will not be coming again due to things coming up and that there will be someone else shooting our wedding photos. Our wedding went smoothly but we paid them in full and ever since our wedding they up until now we still haven't received our wedding photos. Response and updates are really slow the people that we paid to shoot our wedding recently had a baby in which is really under stable that there will be some delays but the deadline was 3 to 4 months and there was a promise that was made we will get our photos before the 28th of February 2025 in which it never did. We were also given some hope that we will get it on the 9th of March 2025 in which we still haven't received anything and when trying to get in contact with them messages aren't even responded to or just ignored. I feel like when you run a company you must give your clients the best service to just reassure them and let them know when they will be getting their photos that they paid for and also just regular updates.

My experience with outsurance was nothing but the best I could get. They are affordable and always there to help you out to see how there prices can fit into your budget. The staff are always friendly and kind and always there with a helping hand. If I would recommend any insurer it will be outsurance 100%
I am so disappointed in Imile. I have had two orders from shein be delivered through them but my third one is a struggle. They have send me a faulty link that i cant use to make a payment and i cant get through to customer services
