<p>Many thanks to Basil Petersen (Ravensmead Housing Dept.) and Phumlisa Mokweni (Grassy Park/Lotus River Housing Dept.) for going the extral mile and assisting us with our transfer in March. Mr Petersen met with our family in his personal time to give us direction and to guide us the way forward regarding my deceased sister's rental flat. He immediately set up an appointment for us with the local housing office.. </p> <p>Upon arrival at Lotus River Housing Dept., we met Phumlisa Mokweni who had all the files ready and immediately assisted us in a very professional and friendly manner. She also took the time to explain all the paperwork to my nephew in detail.</p> <p>Thank you to both Mr Petersen and Ms Mokweni for displaying such great customer centric behaviours. The City can be proud to have you both in their employ.</p> <p>The September, De Beer and Bullock families appreciate and value your combined efforts! </p> <p> </p>

We, a party of 3 females, walked into Panarottis after 21:30 and were the only customers in the restaurant. We wanted to take away our Pizza and quickly decided on our order. We were warmly surpised by the great Welcome we received from Vee and how she kept engaging with us while we were awaiting our order. Being a Host at a Financial Institution, I am always amazed when I am on the receiving end of staff that also displays great Customer Centric behaviour. Thank you Vee for making us feel so welcome an on going the extra mile for us. You certainly are a good service ambassador for all Panarottis outlets and Promenade Branch should be privileged to have you on board.

Many thanks to Royden Louw for the prompt feedback I received regarding my Municipal Statement. My bond was registered in both my husband and my name at the Deeds Office. However, our Municipal Statement only reflected my husband's name. I liaised with Royden Louw, Senior Clerk: Property Rates at SBM. Within 48hrs he e-mailed me with positive results that our next statement will reflect both our names. Well done on your prompt and efficient service. You are a true asset to Saldanha Bay Municipality!
Many thanks to Rowan Mathews for promptly responding to me online query regarding my missing e-voucher. He took the time to sort out my duplicate bookings and even cancelled my one online without hesitation on my instruction. You're a true asset to the Protea Hotel / ProKard Group.
