This is probably the WORST company ever. They threaten you on SMS continuously - actually to the point of going insane but they do not respond to emails where I submit proof that I do not own a TV for the last 5 years. Yet, it is easier to torment people than actually doing their jobs! I am turning the page and laying a complaint of harassment against this company. A letter from my Attorney to follow.
Absolutely amazing experience! I rented a car for the last 6 months from Drive. Everything is just a breeze with Drive. They are extremely professional and Martin is a absolute star as he explained the process and helped me with a vehicle when I needed it urgently I will definitely use Drive again and recommend them over and over! And the harassment continues! After various emails and explanations you continue to harass me for payment - since 2021 I do not own a TV. Please come to my house and have a look! There is no TV. I completed the paperwork from SABC (affidavit) and send it through to you continuously but yet apparently you get paid to harass people to the point of desperation

Typical of a debt recovery company to no listen or acknowledge your concern but to harass to the point of no return! If ever somebody tries to harm themselves because of this type of harassment I will not be surprised YOU DO NOT LISTEN AND KEEP ON HARASSING ME!
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable service I received from Car Care Clinic during a recent repair of my vehicle. On 24 May 2025, I brought my car in to have the glow plugs replaced—a task that was described to me as a “5-minute job.” I supp**** OEM glow plugs for the repair. However, this simple procedure escalated into a three-week ordeal due to the glow plug breaking off in the cylinder head. Car Care Clinic proceeded to remove the head and, during reassembly, used the wrong head gasket, old head bolts, and demonstrated poor workmanship throughout the process. This led to a catastrophic engine failure, leaving me stranded on the highway. Following the breakdown, Car Care Clinic incorrectly diagnosed the issue as worn piston rings. This was later proven to be false. With the help of a trusted expert, the vehicle was collected (in parts) without payment after a heated discussion with Management. The vehicle was repaired over a single weekend using the same OEM parts I had originally provided to Car Care Clinic. This clearly demonstrates that the failure was due to negligence and incorrect repairs performed by your workshop.
I ordered a mattress more than 2 weeks ago. Eager to my money but nothing else. I tried contracting the company but the person answering the phone was so rude and did definitely did not worry about the image of the company. I am struggling to get feedback on my order but will go out of my way to ensure that this company does not receive a good response from me. I want my money back asap
