I had the pleasure of this company installing my solar it was done swiftly and tidy. Any query or question I have is just a WhatsApp away. Definitely would recommend them as a supplier.
So to start my review. In December 2024 I lodged a claim for a faulty television. Miway sent out their assessor. The claim was rejected as it was stipulated to be wear and tear. I phoned the company to find out what the cost will be in regards to repair the tv and they said they are unable to repair the tv. I then found a different company to see what the fault is on the tv and was informed that the screen is faulty so I lodged a dispute to the claim which I have received no feedback on as the screen replacement costs as much as the actual tv. I am very upset as I am not getting any answers from Miway insurance to not be even able to claim for something small as n television.
I was hopelessly optimistic about using vuse, but the disappointment. I placed an order on the 4th of February and till the 10th no delivery will never waste my money on them again
Ram doesn't know how to read as they don't know the difference between billing address and shipping address, very disappointed
I wish at this moment I can give them negative rating. To follow my previous review, I tried on numerous accounts to phone the Gauteng branch but they keep on declining the call, sent emails and still nothing. I tried communicating through their social media on Facebook and messenger. I was blocked from their Facebook page and they are ignoring me on messenger. How is this company still active? Have I thrown my money down the drain? I wish I can reach someone working there that actually cares about customer service. It's disappointing that a company does this. I don't care about the influx of orders I would be fine with it if I could just get an answer
I wanted to be optimistic, but the service is absolutely horrible. The ladies answering the phone are rude as if it's not their problem. I ordered a item from them on the 5th of December everything was going great until the "courier picked up for delivery" my parcel has been out for delivery for 4days and no one can give me an answer as to where my item is.
