On this day 04/10/2025 I went to buy a Hat at Jumbo Clothing Phuthaditjhaba Setsing Qwaqwa and I was assisted by Maya Tiisetso that Lady gave me a very terrible service ever and it was my 1st time going there and I never wanna see myself going there ever she was so rude and arrogant she never greeted me instead she gave me a bad attitude while she didn't give me a plastic and she didn't see that I needed a plastic because she never gave me an eye contact and her service was very terrible I must say even though she never greeted me I don't care but I wonder why because that's one of cashier rules to greet a customer first and she made issue out of it while I was surprised that why she didn't give me a plastic it's because she doesn't care about customer and even her face showed that she's irritated and she had lot of anger towards me so the question is are we safe as customer's to go to buy there with that kind of service or must we have fear when we're supposed to buy there with our own money. I wish she can come to where I am working at and see if I can give her that terrible stinking attitude of hers I wonder if she got a proper training 🤔. I need my issue to be addressed because I won't live with fear when I supposed to go and buy there. Hopefully my concern will be taken into consideration. Thank you.
Good morning It's Lindiwe again since I have laid a complain about Nthabiseng Moloi (Supervisor) Mr Price Clothing Phuthaditjhaba Qwaqwa 371 I haven't got any response nor assistance so I was doing a follow up what do I have to do on the matter? I'm confused
I would like to express my deep concern about Nthabiseng Moloi(Supervisor) MRP STORE PHUTHADITJHABA 371 She's running the business of lending money and selling events tickets that are not related to the company in Store during working hours. Now that she has lent me money and I couldn't pay it back She's now giving me attitude, she has called the police on me because of her money that she's always giving me so now that she was demanding it and I didn't have she's giving me attitude so my question is,is she doing this only to me or to others I'm really worried because I sometimes to go there to sell cellphones there in Store so what if I get the bad attitude as she always does. And I'm also a customer in that Store so how m I going to go and buy there with her attitude and the issue of money is surprising me because it's not the 1st time I lend money to her so was that necessary to bring police to this matter or does she have a problem with me this time or is she allowed to run a business inside the other business? 🤔

I'm writing this complain regarding a Supervisor or what I don't know she was very rude to us we we're @ lunch we greeted her asked to pay since we were on lunch she didn't respond to us she left us with attitude after few minutes she called us with attitude yelling at us saying she said we must come of which she didn't her name is Thandiwe my colleague even apologized for Thandiwe's incompetence and poor customer service she gave us we also work in Retail with people but I don't think even Thandiwe would've appreciated the service she gave us. Infact Spar Maluti Cresent Mall Phuthaditjhaba doesn't have good customer service even the cashiers I don't know what's wrong with that Store. I really need response on this complain. Good day it's Lindiwe Ncongwane I'd like to thank Hellopeter and Pick n Pay Management (Gugulethu) the matter I've complained about has been resolved by her today she was very politely she gave me the positive feedback of which I'm very happy I can't complain she made me feel wanted and important to buy at Pick n Pay because I felt unwanted and uncomfortable to buy to that Store. I wish her best of luck in solving other customer's issues or complaints this shows that she's really a good leader and she's a good leader. Thank you so Much (Gugu) for making me a new person I'll forever appreciate you. Thanks to Hellopeter again.
Good morning it's Lindiwe again I'm writing to Hellopeter again regarding the matter that happened last month for being not treated well by the Cashier goes by the name Lindiwe and Thabo has promised to resolve the matter when the Cashier comes back from the leave it's unfortunate that the matter hasn't been resolved as he promises and the cashier is back from the leave. What do I do now please advise because I'm no longer comfortable to buy at pick n Pay Maluti Cresent Mall Phuthaditjhaba Qwaqwa wondering of the kind of service I will get since the Management hasn't fulfilled his promise to me so much question is how do I trust Pick n Pay Management again with empty promises. Good day,since I reported the matter from last month about a cashier who's mistreated me in store the Manager Thabo promised to escalate the matter when the cashier comes back from the leave since then nothing happened and the cashier is back from the leave I haven't been called by Thabo since he promised to do so now it seems like they don't take customer's complaints or feelings seriously I'm not satisfied at all kindly assist as I'm writing to you now to interfere because I'm afraid to buy there knowing that I have unresolved issue what if she has to service me again?
A guy from Pick n Pay Maluti Cresent Mall Phuthaditjhaba @ Quali Save came to me at my work place telling me how disappointed he is that I wrote to HelloPeter instead of consulting him 1st yet I laid a complaint regarding her cashier about her poor customer service I got from her yet he didn't do a follow up about the incident yet he has a nerve to come to me telling me about how disappointed he is yet he's a leader so my question is was is necessary for a leader to come to me without the outcomes or follow up? I felt he was attacking me because when he left me he didn't say anything about the incident that happened on Saturday last week @ Pick n Pay Liquor so I need to be taken serious about this matter no wonder why Pick n Pay Cashiers are like this 🤔 they're taking this attitude from the Management so can I kindly get feedback also on this one I'm afraid to buy at Pnp now the issue is becoming serious
The cashier called Lindiwe didn't want to serve us at the till she told us to stand at the queue wearing the uniform after we knocked off at work while she assisted the employees from Spotcene and Side Step they were also wearing the uniform and they didn't stand at the queue while one of the customer informed us not to stand on the queue since those 2 employees didn't queue also. It's not the 1st time she gave me attitude she always give me attitude everytime when I buy and her attitude made me to dislike her 😒 I'm not satisfied with her service I wonder how she got hired when she fail to follow cashier rules and work procedures I also work in retail but I can never give her that kind of attitude she's giving to me..kindly attend in this query ASAP coz I don't feel comfortable to buy @ Pnp wondering about her attitude. Thank you
