We recently purchased a vehicle from Renault, and are SUPER happy with our new car. The service and after care received from Chalè Michels was superb. She was very professional and super efficient. She kept us up to date at all times, and made us feel very welcome and at ease. We visited five car dealerships in one day, and none compared to the service we received from Chalè and Renault DTM. A special thank you to Irma Claassen as well for her outstanding service and lovely demeanor. Thank you Renault DTM! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
My parcel arrived quite late on a Friday, as I only placed the order the night before. Delivery was meant to be around 18h00, but the parcel was received after that. Upon arrival the Takealot Courier called me and I walked out to the road to meet up with him, I was a bit worried as it was dark already, BUT he made me feel so comfortable and very safe. I was so pleasantly surprised by his gentle nature and calm demeanor. He apologized for the late delivery in a very professional manner. He initiated a short conversation about my neighborhood, after which he departed, as he had a few other deliveries to make. His beautiful nature was a breath of fresh air, and he is a wonderful representative for Take A Lot as well as Mr D. Thank you Malusi Gule. You are a wonderful human being, and it was an honor to meet you Sir.
Rewards Co consultants are extremely unprofessional. This is the second time one of them was extremely rude when I said we don't want to upgrade yet. He got very annoyed with me and shouted that he is going to cancel our contract if we don't upgrade?! Really? This got me very worked up, and I asked for his name, after which he dropped the line. I am LIVID. And shocked that Rewards Co allow their consultants to treat customers this way. They are even harassing my daughter, who is with Cell C, telling her we must upgrade our Vodacom contracts. When I called Vodacom, it was made clear that they are aware of the problem, but simply cannot do anything about it. SHAME ON YOU REWARDS CO for allowing your consultants to behave in this manner. You are very aware of this, as this is not the first time a consultant shouted and fought with me and my husband over the phone. You know what is going on, yet you turn a blind eye. AND SHAME ON YOU VODACOM - for allowing these people to call on your behalf. We have been with you for many many years, and this is the way you want to convince us to upgrade? Shocking, to say the least. I will take this further.
