Good day. I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the handling of my seller account. Despite clearly setting my profile to vacation mode before leaving for my annual holiday, my account has now been suspended and reflects as inactive. This is unacceptable and has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss. I have proof that I correctly set my account to vacation mode, yet orders were cancelled automatically, and now my account is blocked. I had to cut my vacation short, even though I had planned to return on the 27th of February, because instead of enjoying my holiday, I was constantly sending emails and monitoring my PC to address these issues. Last week, I received a call from Graig Lancefield, (0664854281) who asked if I could fulfill my orders. I explained that I was away and had stipulated that I was on holiday. He then advised me to cancel orders and delist my products, which I did. Today, I decided to return early, activated my products, and attempted to fulfill orders, only to find my account suspended. This situation is so annoying because I tried being compliant, I am also a compliance administrator at a Bank, but the level of disregard by you guys is on another level. This situation is intolerable. I have lost over R2000 due to accommodation costs until the 27th of February, and my plans to grow my seller account have been disrupted. As a compliance administrator at a bank, I have never seen such incompetence. I am deeply annoyed and disappointed. My week has been ruined, and this negligence has damaged my trust in the platform. I don't know what you want me to do from now on because I have been frustrated, cut my trip short when I fully paid for the trip. Everyday I was on my laptop worried about my portal. The experience I am having with Makro sellers market is so frustrating and annoying. I won’t recommend it to anyone honestly. Last weekend I couldn’t log in to fulfil orders because of the recapture issue now they not paying me my remittance thats it’s due to me I have emailed them countless times no response just to say the issue is with Standard Bank. I work for a bank and an issue doesn’t take days to fix that. I just want my money back and close the ****in Makro account I am drained and annoyed no response from them lack of communication I didn’t want to come here but Makro has been treating this matter with no respect and there’s no Assurance that sellers' SLA ratings and accounts will not be penalised during this period. It seems like we must respect the sellers agreement we signed but they don’t respect it on their end it’s a breach of contract I want my ****in money back and close the account I’m fed up. There are people that are owed money for months without pay I feel violated
I honestly don’t like giving always horrible reviews but aramex is the most ************* delivery service how do u mean a driver lies and says he called me and I didn’t pick up because I have never received any call for two days and all of a sudden when I track the website says I couldn’t be reached how can I not be reached when my phone was with because I was expecting their call the whole day. It’s not the first time, it once happened when I made a delivery years back when I was self employed I made a delivery it got delayed so bad I lost a customer this is ******* company
My experience with Vuma is just *** I’m so ****ed, and to add on that the customer service is bad. Was being helped by Tebogo or whoever and she/he cut off the line prematurely not wanting to assist….. I’ve been using Vuma for about 4 years but recently it has showed me **** *** they would randomly switch off my network days before I normally pay my wifi bill and when I try to get assistance I would not get it example is this Tebogo cutting the line because she/he doesn’t want to assist me
