On 19th October 2023 I departed from the CT International Airport for Walvisbay, at the scanning section I was requested to remove my sunglasses from my shirt and put it through the scanner, which I did, I collected my laptops and handbag on the other side of the scanner, but inly realised once I pass the passport section that my glasses in the holder, was gone so I was not allowed to return. I phoned the airport number which is indicated on the internet only to be told to visit the website and send a email, I have sent numerous emails including the receipt, a picture of the packaging and the actual Ray Ban Reversable Lense glasses, keep on getting a new ticket number keep on getting the same response which is systems driven. These glasses cost me 4K, needless to say that nobody responded, there is no other way of contacted the Airport but via a computer generated email. This is so disappointing and the people responsible are to quick and experienced in their trade Thank you
Absolutely pathetic service!! My fee was R548,67 2023 recently it was automatically increase to R992.00 without informing me without corresponding with me We had a claim in the beginning of the year my side mirror was damaged by a taxi I recently received a letter informing me the claim was approved BUT I need to take my car to a service provider in Pretoria and I have been residing in Cape Town since 2008 pathetic absolute not on unprofessional
Earlier this week I visited the Table view Mall in Cape Town whilst waiting fir a family member a female employee left the shop to have a conversation with a friend at the next door fraquance shop whilst being there fir a while she coughed at least three times without even trying to hold an elbow or cover over her mouth she continued to wipe her face with her hand walked in and out of the coffee shop stood at the counter and touched various surface and or items I have visited this establishment various times but never will I ever because those hand touch the cutlery the food that we have to eat 🙈
I purchased a just a lounge suite for the the price if R28K+ from their Table Bay Mall shop after the agreed 6 weeks waiting period I had to endure 4 different delivery "promised" today is 17th December 2021 and nothing yet, the agreed delivery time for today (4th delivery arrangements) has not been met, earlier today i received a call from an employee who informed me the one piece will only be delivered on Monday due to a qualify matter Never in my life, and I mean never will I ever purchase anything from them again, they bluff the public and do not or are not able to delivery in time, take your money and then you only get excuses I trust the public will read this aricle
