their sizes are true as well as the description - if an item is sheer it is clearly stated as well, i love that about this online store! materials are really good, and i could find dresses and skirts quickly, love this store!!!!!

I couldn’t be happier with the Emma Blue Custom White Scatter Cushion! It was custom-made with cherished photos of my mom when she was younger, along with pictures of me and my sibling from our childhood. The cushion turned out absolutely stunning—such a meaningful and heartfelt gift for Mother’s Day. The addition of a beautiful Bible scripture in the center made it even more special. The communication with the team was top-notch; they kept me updated throughout the process. Delivery was quicker than I expected, especially considering the public holidays around the time that i ordered this which was last week! Overall, a wonderful experience and a gift that truly will touch my mom’s heart next week when it is Mother's Day. Highly recommend!
I am utterly disappointed with M24 Logistics, the company that Bash Online TFG stores outsourced for their logistics and delivery. I placed my order on December 4, 2024, and yet here I am, still waiting for my delivery. The initial promised delivery date was December 6, 2024, and I cleared my schedule, hoping for my items to arrive, only to be met with silence. I reached out to Bash through various channels, seeking updates on my order, but the only response I received was that my items were with M24 Logistics (LMS) and that there was nothing they could do. This is beyond frustrating! I’ve been left in the dark with no updates, no calls from the courier, and absolutely no communication from M24. This experience has highlighted just how *********** and ineffective M24 Logistics truly is. I expected better service, especially from a company involved in logistics and delivery. We order online for convenience and necessity, yet this has been anything but convenient. If you value your time and money, I highly recommend steering clear of M24 Logistics. My experience has been a nightmare, and I’m left wondering if I’ll ever actually receive my order.
I wish I could give zero stars for my experience with Value Express, the outsourced logistics and delivery service for Makro SA. I have been waiting for my delivery since the 4th of December 2024, and it feels like an endless nightmare. Initially, I was promised that my items would arrive on Friday, the 6th of December, but I spent the entire day anxiously waiting, only to be met with silence. No updates, no calls, nothing! It’s now several days later, and I still have no clue where my order is or when it might arrive. I've reached out to Makro multiple times through various channels looking for assistance, but all I get in response is that my items are with Value Express and that they can't do anything further. This lack of accountability is infuriating. Clearly, Value Express is *********** and ineffective. They seem to have no communication system in place with their customers. If we’re ordering online, it’s for the sake of convenience and necessity—something they clearly don’t understand. I am beyond frustrated and would highly recommend avoiding any service that uses Value Express for their logistics. Save yourself the headache and look for a company that values customer satisfaction!

It's infuriating that in today's digital age, they refuse to send signed documents via email. Everything can and should be handled electronically, yet they make excuses! Additionally, the returns policy is consistently overlooked by the staff. If you think you can get any satisfactory feedback or assistance after making a purchase, think again. I find myself constantly reaching out and begging for help, only to be ignored or brushed off. Their customer service is abysmal, and frankly, it's soul-crushing. I will NEVER return to this place again! Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.
I love shopping online with Makro – it’s convenient and I often find great deals. However, I’ve had some frustrating experiences that I think need to be addressed. Firstly, it’s annoying when I place an order and pay, only to find out later that some items are out of stock. It would be much better if the website showed stock availability upfront so I know exactly what I’m getting before I pay. Additionally, Makro should consider using reliable delivery services. I've had issues with unmarked vehicles, and there have been times when the delivery driver claimed they attempted delivery when, in reality, they didn’t even show up. Lastly, the live chat and WhatsApp support are terrible. Responses take forever, and the agents seem clueless about my issues. They rarely answer all my questions and always promise to escalate things, but nothing ever gets done. I often have to follow up multiple times or even go in-store, which is frustrating since I prefer shopping online for a reason. also i am still awaiting a refund for 8 items that was cancelled last minute by Makro due to no stock - i keep getting Vuyolwethu Nomga on the live chat that makes promises but nothing happens. While I appreciate Makro’s offerings, these issues need serious attention!

In today's fast-paced world, waiting two whole weeks for a simple delivery is simply unacceptable. I had high hopes for Netcanvas but will regrettably not be returning as a customer. More reliable service can be found elsewhere, and my loyalty will now lie with Canvas & More. Save yourself the trouble and choose a vendor that values their customers and communication.

Their delivery is always incredibly swift, making shopping a breeze. I absolutely love their clothing, as well as the cute bags and shoes they offer. The returns process is also hassle-free, with them conveniently arranging collection of any products. The only thing I wish for is a WhatsApp chat feature for quicker communication with agents. Nonetheless, my overall experience has been fantastic, and I highly recommend Dunns Store!
