Today I received a response from national empowerment fund saying my application has failed due to insufficient information or documents. Well I received this response after sending an email to their complain department regarding their unavailability on the calls. I did complete the online application in February but look now how many weeks and days past without any response. So i assume that their boss said that they must write or send me a response saying I didn't comply or provide the necessary information. I mentioned yesterday that what is happening in south africa is because of our own government giving away buildings to the foreigners without looking for the documents. And as people voting and staying in south africa we are being treated like trash because no one is listening to us. They say we are lazy we don't think straight so all of this insult is been made by the government. In south Africa if you are not well know you won't survive at all and you have to accept the defeat like it or not. National empowerment fund is failing us and it will continue to fail millions of sout Africans. I don't know were to start because what I experienced is so painful and it's a torture. The system of the government saying we must do everything online it's a disadvantage. Look online stuff need data or internet caffe, laptop to proceed with the online application. With what money are we supposed to get all those things first of all. Right last year I completed the online application under tourism equity fund then after some time I made a call making a follow up on the completed application but it was a disaster when the consultant explained to me that that program is no longer in use. My worry was my data my waste of quotations requesting them to resend the applications. Then later be told that is not in use. This online application closed doors for us south africans indeed. After explaining to the consultant what I would love to implement then the consultant directed me to the other program which is general retail which is were I'll be requesting a loan not a grant. My other concern is why when we are looking for funding or loan, the system will ask for lease agreement of which with whom I don't know quotations of which it's difficult to get them. So it's not fare for us south Africans to go through this at all. So now I feel like the application it is difficult to complete because it is looking for lease agreement as if im going to get funding or loan and also what is bothering me is that as a south african person you'll be making quotations as if I'll get fruitful results. I'm not happy about the way sedfa or Seda or sefa handle the programs and it's unfair. Title deed or lease agreement even the compliance certificate from the municipality takes time to get them and I wonder why can't they handle all those things because I'm bringing my skills my mind on the table and I don't know why are we supposed to struggle as south Africans to be given an opportunity to show our talent. Earlier this year I spoke about the treatment that I'm getting from cartrack. I spoke to their consultant in January regarding the cancelation of the contract and the consultant told me that is been canceled. I left the message to their WhatsApp page that I owe them only one month. But look at their response.. (Good day, Please note that the account has been flagged for cancellation and you need to pay the balance of R259.44. Kindly confirm the payment arrangement on the account.) Why am I owing two months whereby I canceled the contract in January.. So this is what I've been talking about and most people who trust cartrack they are in deep trouble because they will be told different story after experiencing some difficulties. And this exactly what I'm talking about. I'm my experience with Cartrack is that they will consider you for the first two months after joining them there after you are nothing. As I mentioned that I received a call last year that was saying I need to update their device.. from there, nothing Special that I received from them. I told plenty of their consultant that I'm no longer working and as soon as I get a job I'll pay the Oustanding premium. But till now I still receive plenty of call including on Sunday morning or afternoons. Please be careful when you choose cartrack because it's joke company and they will tell you that they discovered plenty cars sending their messages. But I'm sure they help people according their preferred province.

Fisrt of all is that I took a phone contract with telkom in 2023 and was also told I'm going to pay 675 per month then all of sudden the other consultant gave a call saying to me this phone is very expensive and I should consider taking an insurance because of its value. My answer was it's okay to put that but it mustn't exceed 1grand or I mustn't pay up to 1 grand per month. Then the first premium telkom managed to debit was one thousand three hundred and something of which that was not part of the agreement.. I took this matter to the relevant department complaining and seeking an advice from them asking why are they taking that money into my account.. So the answer was simple to from them and till now they still say I must pay my premium. So I tried so many times to be loyal to them and I even phoned account department but the answer was there is nothing they can do I must pay the account. To show my concern even went to Bloemfontein telkom shop at mimosa mall and the answer was you took a phone online so it is going to be difficult to get the solution. So this matter I referred it to my lawyers and still telkom still not complying. So I know and I see you turnished my name on the credit bereau and one day telkom will also be on the madlanga commission by knocking it's customers. Right now I'm busy with ncc because I said to telkom let's get back to the recordings and hear who's lying but the answer was I have to pay the phone.. Telkom thinks that is a big company and has plenty lawyers. To me that won't work at all. And lately they threaten me with messages that says they will summons me because of not paying their device. Telkom can take me to court and I will still defend myself.. Now telkom is saying I owe them R17087 and you keep on calling me with your consultant harassing me and I still say it's okay

It is a sad day today to express my feelings regarding the company I'm working for which is skynet. Well it doest treat it's employees in a good way. The reason being that I'm working as an inhouse and we do experience a lot especially struggling with its system to process the consignments. Look ****** won't be only for blacks and whites but it an ongoing thing. Well today I told the branch manager about our struggle and I've been attacked by the inhouse manager by the name of Ronald and the surprising thing is that when I lay a complain or issue on the table no one takes that matter serious but today because of expressing my feelings towards the manager then I'm wrong and disrespectful. So all this time where we're this people to solve our issues? They were no were to be found. But when I raise a concern regarding the struggle then the brand manager take a side by telling me that they already told the Hr about my manners. It is a deep concern why most of the companies do close down because if you an an employee show your senior about the wrong thing then you are wrong. Later will be dismissal as Ronald told me about the Hr. Look fist month with skynet we struggled to get paid and we continued to do our job perfect but when you show some concern regarding the problem we are facing then I'm am wrong and disrespectful. Look no one is scared to loose a job lately but the concern here is when the owner of the company or shareholder doesn't know about the progress of failure into their company. Last time there was fellow employee who was asking about hours he worked for then the same branch manager didn't wanna listen but Marienda which is branch manager chose to call the security to take out an innocent employee who was dissatisfied about his earnings. How can on earth be treated like this. Does labour knows about this treatment no I don't think so. Look last time the very same skynet gave us 250 to 280 to share to celebrate heritage look how on earth 19 people share 250 for heritage and by the way who's going to eat and who's not. In Bloemfontein skynet only have whites and coloured running administration and if you express your feelings coloured give you that impression that they are not happy so the question is when they have a concern regarding their issues who interferes there? No one. It's big concern how other companies treat its workers lately. And people who bring good profit margin are normally people who are facing difficulties and left with unanswered results. So the other questions are does the boss gave them a permission to treat people like this? No one knows. But as for this I've seen that ****** and ******** are theirs and it is their culture or it's in their blood to do so. Im on a six month now with skynet but there is no period of being happy as people are scared to be fired because of expressing their grievances. Any person who looking from a job at skynet Bloemfontein he or she must be ready to meet this kind of treatment. Later be found guilty by disrespecting manager. Since I started my shift at 10h00 this morning manager still doing nothing regarding the system including his fellow inhouse manager but they know how to tell the people that they will expell them. South Africa lost its good self image and it's been affected by the illiterate management or leaders so this affected also big companies like skynet. So it's a pity the owner of the company doesn't know what about the ongoing situations inside his company.
I had a terrible weekend because of king price insurance. I was on my way to Rodepoort Johannesburg but my journey ended just 48 kilometers from kroonstad. I phoned the insurance to notify them that my car has a breakdown. So I was supposed to be in joburg before 8 but unfortunately the consultant just told me they are not working 24/7 on the other department. I requested a courtesy car but the consultant said no one will answer the call but in the morning I should call them. Before that the consultant phoned the towing people and all of sudden I've been told that they multiplyed the kilometers by two and of which I was told that where I am must not exceed 60 to my destination. So as I've said that I was 48 kilometers from kroonstad but the consultant said I'll have to pay R560 because the towing guy us from parys. So o did ask why the couldn't call someone from kroonstad but the answer was no one answered. So the painful thing is that no call I've received from this insurance till now and the question is are they going to fix my car? That's the story to tell

Once or twice because I really don't know which number that they are using to contact clients first of all. I will say it time and time again this company is taking care for other tribes. As for me since last year there is no interaction between me and my lawyer and fir the sake of that again I mentioned to legalwise that I don't wanna be assisted by this new representative but still send me some emails how so I don't know because if they don't have other lawyers to assist me then I think they can let me know so that I can see what I can do. I communicate with legalwise using WhatsApp and emails but still I only get response from emails only so that shows you that it's my own baby to nurse. So I can't say I didn't receive a call but they must know that I'm working so that I can pay them so I can't just be on the phone when they need me.. I joined legal wise in 2023 or 204 early somewhere there... So my problem with it is that It doesn't take people serious especially blacks. I had a problem with the banking details back last year and they terminated my contract with immediate effect. So I phoned them explaining what was the reason to miss 3 months payment and the reinstated me. So now I have problem of the current representative because she doesn't care about me she only phone me when she's bored with something. I laid a complain on WhatsApp on Tuesday and there was no response. Then on Wednesday again I did go through Google and I I explained everything on that page seeking new lawyer but still today no response. I received a call from the representative last week and she was asking about the papers that need to be filled so I told her I'm busy and I already did send those papers in January but still she didn't wanna understand that I'm at work. So I think guys we need to be vigilant regarding this type of services we are getting and the worse part is that if you miss a single payment they won't hesitate to warn you but instead of taking care of you dololo.i think I need to take serious representatives and leave legal wise because till today no phone call I received regarding my complain. Hi I'm Dennis medupe from Bloemfontein and I am an entrepreneur. Well I've know a company by the name of Africa Golden hands through Facebook till I join them to participate on the event of making sauce and bringing different parkages. Well I could participate in 2022 due to financial crisis but then in 2023 towards October I spoke with to start opening a group of people going to join us on the other event so that we can have something tangible like certificate wise. Then they agreed to come to Bloemfontein as they used to come and give people training, but this time I was so unfortunate because the first mistake was by adding the lady prudence mokoena as part of the administration. All of a sudden she started talking to the people individually private asking them how much and when are they going to pay. She started deleting people without my consent and after realizing that I confronted her and she told me that this people don't answer her questions. Already 7 seven people paid for training of which was suppose to be on the 16th of December 2023 but this people decide not to come telling us that it is too expensive to come to Bloemfontein and by that time we as the group we managed to look for accommodation for training and I was prepared to go to our local radio station which motheo for recruitment. I paid R1400,my girlfriend paid R710 and my girlfriend's cousin paid R700 and other people paid R500 while others paid R200. So we demanded our money as this people failed to come to Bloemfontein but they told us that there is no refund. So as Im speaking right now police failed to help me as they said there is no case there. I tried to write to newsroom africa but no response. This people comes from mpumalanga and our government is failing us by not having a serious policy regarding situations like this. Please be advised that whoever who's going to participate on their training will meet difficulties.. I have all the evidence showing what they did to us.
