What a terrible customer care service and online shopping experience. They said they do not have the stuff that I ordered and I asked them to refund 5 days ago, till this day no communication from their side. I called them and they placed me on hold for 10 minutes. You are not only wasting my time but my money as well. Please do better.
I ordered a sunscreen early December last year, they delivered the wrong item, sunscreen for kids to be specific, I logged a return and till this day no communication has been received from them and they still haven’t collected their items, no refund whatsoever. Now I ordered a tumbler, it hasn’t arrived, two days after the promised delivery date and no communication whatsoever still. Customer service is bad, worse than I ever imagined.
Customer Service is BS because tell me I returned my stuff 3 weeks ago but my refund is still not processed!
I bought sneakers from their online website 3 weeks ago, returned them and asked for a refund, they were quick to fetch their sneakers but I’m still waiting for my refund it’s been close to 2 weeks, they said they will send proof of refund 3 days ago and I’m still waiting. On top of that I have to beg them for updates everyday, no one is saying anything. ****ty customer service.
