Just completely FED UP with this company. Don't bother phoning them, they NEVER answer the phone, they do not reply to emails. They give you no feedback they leave you COMPLETELY in the dark. Juanri is the manager there, and if she doesn't even reply your emails, then you just know. Maybe they have more important clients. So much to Treating clients fairly (TCF)
Typical "If we can't beat your current premium, we will give you R500.00. Please don't fall for this ****, they were not able to beat my current premium and guess what, I did not received my R500.00
Please before signing up with this company just know, they deactivate your vehicle ignition, leaving you stranded. They have absolutely no compassion for another person. Everyone at EZ Wheels is so rude. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE think twice before signing with them. If you need a vehicle and cannot get finance, there is a lot of other companies to consider.
Oh boy, how do I start this review. I was involved in an accident on the 10th of April 2025 (A lady drove into the back of our vehicle). We were completely innocent. After the accident I got treated like dirt at EZ Wheels. They have reliable and well looked after vehicles, but they only care about their vehicle and not customers. They forced me to pay the excess almost immediately, they agreed to split the excess in two payment, this month being my last payment on the excess. I had to pay the excess and the vehicle has not yet been repaired. EZ Wheels also refused to claim from the third parties insurer. If the claim was submitted with her insurance company, then I would not had to pay any excess. "Take The EZ Road" they say...!!!! If you like being treated like dirt, then please consider this company.
If I could give 0 start I would do it with a smile. The company provided me with negligent advice, causing me to lose 23 point on my credit score. When I complained to the consultant, he just informed me that his supervisor is in "back to back meetings". I guess the client is not important, but then they want to charge you over R600 for giving negligent advice. I am not even going to bother following up with them. I will just approach the Ombudsman and the FSCA.

When I joined NDCsa, I went based only on reviews, with all the ****s and me having trust issues. I decided to to give them a go. I made my 3 installments. Last installment was on the 23rd of October. Today 1 November, I received my clearance certificate. A massive thank you to Jaydean and Andray. Sorry NDCsa for all my tantrums.
