I went out on the car to fetch the client and when I came back the car was clamped, while I informed the Information desk inside, I went to the information desk and parking department however they opted that they cant assist
I was assisted by an agent named Khwezi, I explained to him/her that debit order didn't go through as my account is inactive due to ***** that I reported, I went to pay manually with easy pay at pick n pay, and after payment they ensured me that turn around time is 24hrs, however today I'm being told the matter will only be resolved on Tuesday, what kind of the service is this? When you resubmit it connects automatically it can't take more that 72hrs just to connect.

Service at pep Ndofaya mall is so bad, moat times only 1 person is working at the tills, customer consultant in the store when you ask for help they seem bored and answer you some how,

CASH BUILD DE AAR, employees have the audacity to tell a client that it's a favor when buying Timber SABS and for them to cut it, if it's in their company policy they should inform the client right ahead, and not being able to communicate to you in English but talk behind your bad in Afrikaans, who hired such *********** individuals who doesnt care about customer services. It is uncalled for to order something and when you collect they're telling you it's a favor.
